Nice stay

It was a very pleasant stay. The riwnstairs bar even had a pool table and the breakfast was alright too.

Management has Little Hotel Experience

Pros: Location to Convention Center
Cons: Management should know that pure chlorine should not be used to clean a room. The chlorine residue burned our eyes and noses and destroyed clothing.
Location: Convenient.
The room was filled with chlorine gas. Second room was moldy. The WiFi was so slow it was unusable. No path to walk to the office indoors. Courtyard was blocked off for no reason. Toilet leaked and ran noisily all night.

Pros: location and close to everywhere
Cons: probably n some area
Location: universal studio, convention center
very good customer service and nice place to stay close to everything

Pros: Great staff. It had a full breakfast and shuttles to parks.
Cons: The shower was terrible, hot and cold water could mix better and there was little pressure. The mattress on the pop-out couch was thin and uncomforta
The staff was great. The breakfast was the same each day but it was good. The room was clean but slightly out of date. We couldn't use the pool (too cold). There were very few TV stations and HBO was in Spanish (we don't speak Spanish). The location was OK but not great.

Not happy. Situation unacceptable. Upon arrival I was advised they didn't have my reservation. I showed proof of reservation and they found it. But, they said I was moved to the hotel next door "The Red Roof Inn". So I asked why and they said do to plumbing problems. At 12:30am with 2 kids I wasn't ready to argue. I asked does room have 2 queen beds they said "yes". I get to the room it had 2 wash cloths and 2 towels for 4 people, I couldn't get a wake up call, or make phone calls because phone didn't work, room had double beds instead of queen beds, there is no mini fridge or microwave, and they refused to bring wash cloths and towels to the room. I complained and they did nothing at the Red Roof Inn so I walked over to The Clarion Inn who I was originally booked with and complained about situation. They did nothing! As I was standing there people had been booked in after I was so I asked I they got rooms when I was moved to another hotel do to plumbing problems? Their answer was I was selected randomly. So I told him I was not happy and again they did nothing!

The pictures that they show in internet are nothing to do with the place. The Hotel is old and the room and hallways were dirty with humidity odor! The front desk personnel was very unprofessional.

The worst experience ever in over 40 yrs of travel

The rudest staff ever. I went to the front desk since my key wasn't working in the side door and was treated as if I had done something wrong. To top it off I said there was an issue with the toilet only to be told by the front desk guy in front of others in line that he could give me a plunger.. Unbelievable .. Even the people in line were astonished and said they would go somewhere else.. A true disgrace to the brand

Nice hotel. Good location

Pros: Liked the fact it was a suite had a fridge and microwave which meant catering for small children and babies very easy. Breakfast ok which saved money.
Cons: Decor needs a freshen up. Smelt a bit damp. Hotel transport. Some consideration to families with small children
Location: Very close to seaworld. And a nice walk to pointe Orlando not far from the outlet stores
Hotel situated near convention centre about 1 1/2 miles from pointe Orlando. We walked some evenings to pointe for tea as there's a host of different restaurants and drinks are a lot cheaper. There's a McDonald's an ihop and a Walgreens just across the road and a lovely Italian steakhouse delmonicos and a subway a ten minute walk away. Hotel transport sadly not as good as we re used to. Very crowded and only one time for pickup and it was Everyman for himself so unfortunately we found it quite difficult with twins and was left standing carrying them whilst the bus was moving whilst balancing a double pram and pram bag. I ride stop just on main road excellent location and service but it has gone up considerably $2 a trip so would be worth buying a fortnightly pass.
