CoCo Key Hotel and Water Resort-Orlando

My soon really enjoyed the hotel pool slide and games The location is very good And I really recommend the hotel for family with children especially if they don't have a car

They charge you a $20 resorts fee for everyday you stay and you still have to pay for it even if you don't plan on going to the resort. They also try to set me up to try to meet someone to try sell me time shares. Do not fall for the $100 gift card and free breakfast, your time at Florida is more important then a $100 gift card and a free breakfast. They Don't offer any free shuttle bus to Disney world, they only offer for universal and sea world. I would never ever stay there again.

Overall, our stay was fairly good. Staff were friendly, rooms fairly clean' however had to ask to have toilet paper, cups and glasses replaced on a few occasions. Good location . The only major negative comment is the irritating condescending attitude of the MALE individual who was trying to sell TIME SHARES. The female was nice ; however the male guy was a total turn off.Great pool.

We love it! very clean, nice staff. The water park is nice, my kids love it, and the food was good and good price too!

Awful never again! Do your family a favor dont stay here. Air conditioner was broken and loud blow hot air. Room was not cleaned for 2 days even after asking 2x. Hotel pool was dirty... Waterpark is very small. No place to sit with about 10 tables. Staff rude and not helpful.

I loved our stay here at this resort. However, I will say some of the life guards on duty could use some training on attitudes towards families with kids. I ran into 2 that were rude with me for no reason. They need to know how to communicate more efficiently with their guests.

We got in late and didn't stay long the next day, but enjoyed what time we spent there. The staff was very helpful, the rooms very clean and adorable decor!

Enjoyed the water park very much . Prices on bar Drinks where high but over all very pleased with the hotel.

When we arrived they first placed us in a room that had a king size bed (we requested 2 queen/full beds) and the room was right next to the waterpark with music blaring until midnight. We have a 2 year old and knew this would not work. We asked to be moved to another room. The rooms are small, and the floors are dirty. Are feet were black from walking on the carpet/tile floor. There was a malfunctioning light that kept turning on in the middle of the night and waking us up. The toilet clogged up twice while we were there. We all loved the waterpark. Next time we would stay somewhere else and buy passes to the waterpark. I would also recommend requesting a room not in building 7 or 8 (somewhere away from the waterpark).

This is a excellent hotel especially for familes. My children and I had a great stay. The waterpark was alot of fun. They had the scarey water slids for the older kids and tamer slids for the little ones. If you want a quiet stay book a room away from the pool/waterpark area. The hotel is on a busy street with lots of restaturants. We liked that everything was accessable. Close to Universal and the Outlet Mall. The hotel/room was always clean and tidy. I didn't rent a car but transportation was easy. It was 1 bus ride -link 42 from the airport to the hotel (1 hr. bus ride). Shuttles buses to Universal Parks and i-trolly is easy access. The only thing I would recommend is to have a shuttle bus to the disney theme parks. I went during Memorial Day and the hotel was fully booked and crazy busy but the staff was awesome! They were very friendly and helpful.
