“Good price.”

Decent hotel if you are looking for an affordable place to stay. Room was not dirty but it was not super clean either. Staff was friendly and helpful. We even called ahead and requested a crib...there was a paknplay waiting in our room when we arrived. I would consider this an above average hotel.

“Average at best”

Simply put, an average hotel...nothing fancy...nothing great...just a place to stay after a long drive. Breakfast buffet was sub-par.

“Nice hotel.”

Stayed one night before flying out of Sanford Airport. Was clean and close to were I needed to be.

“Pleasantly surprised”

I stayed here based on proximity to a client site and was pleasantly surprised. The grounds were very nicely landscaped and the plants and flowers at the front doors were a nice touch. The staff was very pleasant and check in/out was very quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable , and had a nice sized refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast had a variety of choices from the typical continental items cereals, fruits, and pastries in addition to biscuits and sausage gravy or waffles. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

“Not impressed”

The cleanliness of my "suite" was okay, except for the black crude behind the bathroom door and stains on the carpet. The placement of the tv, directly at the foot of the bed was odd because lying in bed was the only place you could watch it. Could not sit on the sofa and view the tv. Maybe rearrange to a better position? The noise factor from other guests was also a negative. The walls must be paper thin to be able to hear toilets flush in other rooms, as well as the conversations in the hall! Won't be staying in a Comfort Inn again!

“Pricey but nice, clean hotel.”

My only complaint would be the hard beds. I like a softer bed and these were very firm.

Area recommendations

If you are in Sanford Thurs to Sunday night, try the Willow Tree Cafe. Great food and live entertainment that was excellent!

“Convenient and Clean”

Right off the highway (I-4), it was the perfect location. Check in was incredibly easy and checkout equally so. The Seminole Towne Center Mall was right across the street so there were many choices for dining. Would definately stay again.

We have stayed here before and will stay again. Friendly, helpful staff and the property sparkles. Right off of I - 4 and surrounded by plenty of choices for food and shopping.
