“Not that happy”

Excellent location. But there's a lot of minuses like the toilet moves (like is not properly fixed on the floor), tv remote didn't have batteries, smells like urine, we put the do not disturb sign on the door and when we came back housekeeping had entered in the room (we have stayed in many hotels, I can say about 50, and this is the first time this happened). Breakfast was not bad and we did sleep well. If you are on a budget and will only use it to take a bath and sleep, it can work. I'm not sure if I would stay here again.

our check in day was awful. No fridge, safe did not work. Room had not been cleaned prior to arrival. Found a thong with a panty liner in our bed! Yuk! Staff brought new sheets to the room, but I had to make my bed. Cleaning staff did not complete replacement of towels, mats. Left dirty ash trays. Were sometimes just rude.

“Confortable Room”

With a fair rate and a confortable room, the hotel is well located and has shuttle services for all the major parks. At one block of International drive. I would come back.

during our stay in the hotel, we had the TV remote control problem in our room. I CALLED 5X BUT NO ONE CAME TO SEE WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE REMOTE CONTROL NOR CAME TO BRING NEW BATTERIES FOR IT,NEVER CALLED TO SAY SORRY FOR THE INCOVENIENCE.

“NEVER AGAIN!!!”

I've booked MANY hotels in the Orlando area when my family and I go to the Universal/IOA parks, but this is by far the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in! We were booked into room #376, the A/C was not working. Called the front desk @ 4:56 pm and they said maintenance would be up to fix it. After waiting a while with no maintenance person showing up, we took our boys out for dinner and Old Town. we returned to the hotel at 12:30 am to a room that was STILL HOT and never even looked at!! Went down to the lobby to complain, I was told by the very rude girl at the front desk that maintenance went home at 10PM and would not be back until 8AM. I asked if they left any documentation that they went to the room while we were out, she saw where it was documented, but nothing else. After reminding her that they had OVER 5 HOURS between the time of the complaint & the time that maint. left, I asked to be moved to a room with working A/C. she said I would have to wait until "someone came in at 1AM to get the room ready". It was 2:45 AM before we were moved to another room (king bed / sofa sleeper for myself, hubby, and 2 teenage boys)! The "better" room had wet carpet from the ceiling leaking, water damaged walls, cigarette burns in the comforter, and the air was only cool (set on 60* and we only had to cover w/ sheets). The manager "Migdalia" never came out to speak to us when I checked out and asked to speak to a manager about a refund. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK ELSEWHERE!!

“Good place”

Comfortable hotel close to Universal Studios. It was clean but they should work on the general maintenance of the hotel. I would recommend staying there is located at a convenient place and the room is well equipped.

“Good Location; Maint. dept needs help”

Checked in first evening and a/c barely worked. No other rooms available for that night, so we put up with it. The next day they sent the maint man with me to show me 3 other available rooms and let me pick the one I wanted. I got an upgraded room for no charge for my inconvience. Very close to Universal. I'd stay again.

“Great Location”

Hotel was very Close to the Universal Theme Parks. Staff was very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that could make this hotel better is a renovation. It is a little dated with small bathrooms and dated decor'.
