Pros: location
Location: Panera & Wendys are right next/across from the hotel. Nice little area with lots of restaurants
Over all it was good - When we first checked in our room; there were wasps in the room so I thoguht maybe they flew in from outside, but then I realized they came in by the window tracks. I went downstair and reported to the staff and had my room changed - other than that it was great. Staff were very pleasant.

Close to Florida Hospital Orlando

Pros: Comfortable bed, clean and neet. Extra plugs on desk for computer and devices.
Cons: Decoration, more fresh fruit in continental breakfast.
Convenient location and walkable distance to Florida Hospital Orlando where I had business. If someone needed assistance, a free shuttle was available between the hospital and the hotel on request. Nice clean room, helpful staff, but thin walls/doors was kept awake last night there due to banging doors. Otherwise a quality hotel for my needs.

Great hotel, very close to hospital

The hotel is beautiful, we got a room in second floor, it was clean and very big. The room had an iron, blower, and a heated towel rack. That was great. . The breakfast is pretty basic, waffle, toast, muffin, cereal, sausages, orange/apple juice and coffee. I liked the Orange juice. There is a pool, but didn't stay long enough to give it a try. Overall very good experience.

Cons: The room, I could tell there was a difference from the last time I stayed at this hotel. Maybe change the carpets.

overpriced but convenient

Complaints: the towels had hair threaded in them and stains; the coffee at breakfast was terrible both mornings; the room was weirdly humid and the carpet always felt slightly damp Otherwise is was a fair 2-night stay. The bathrooms aren't cramped, the beds were comfy (including the pull-out couch bed), and there was no noise or other disturbance.

Nice hotel but not really down town. While still in walking distance from Amway Center (2.7 miles) the hotel is closer to Winter Garden across from Florida Hospital. It's a nice area with several good restaurants close by.

Worth every cent!

Location is amazing for the type of vacation we are as its located downtown by many clubs! $10 club to get to he hottest hip hop club♥! But the the staff was over the top kind and helpful in every way possible! The room was nicer than we couldve expected and clean as any room should be when you rent one! Only downside is the limited parking but we were told of another place not even a second away to park as a backup place so they really did awesome! Wish i could say my expedia experience was as good as my hotel one! Had car rental issues and the worst fligjt experoence ever but this hotel THEY are worth your money!

In town for a funeral and found accommodations to be excellent! Staff friendly and helpful. Only bad thing I could say is its an area of Orlando that is lacking the touristy vibe.
