“Good value for $”

Good value for price. Awesome location:10 min drive to Magic Kingdom!!! Great breakfast. Nice pool outside. Elevators terribly slow. Only has small refrigerator and microwave and that's it, no plates, glasses, spoons... nothing else at all. Clean, but there is room for some improvement.

I had a room for four nights at this hotel! Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Except the sausage gravy was yucky! Lol other than that great location. In walking distance to fun stop,red lobster,KFC and many more restaurants. Walmart and target is about a few miles away also. Great location to Disney! I would definitely stay here again!!!

“Enjoyed our stay "again"”

We (a church youth group) have stayed at this hotel over 7 times and have not been disappointed (even during the remodeling phase a year and a half ago). The staff is very courteous, the hotel very clean, the rooms spacious, the breakfast a great plus and the Barracuda Bar a nice place to gather after a long day at the theme parks. We look forward to staying at the Comfort Suites Maingate East again in October for a conference in Downtown Orlando.

“We came back for a reason”

I would highly recommend this hotel for families who want a nice place to stay if you're in town for any of the Orlando family magnets. The room sleeps six, has all the amenities you'd need and at a very reasonable price. We've stayed here three times now and would definitely go back. Nice, large pool, hot tub, outdoor bar, and friendly staff. The only complaint would be that the elevators are S-L-O-W. The hotel is right off the strip in Kissimmee, right behind Old Town. You can kill some time wandering around there or explore the 20 million t-shirt shacks up and down the strip. It's all right there.

“One of Orlando's best hotels!”

The service provided was excellent. The location, was not too far from Magic Kingdom (20mts by shutte bus). Every, morning @ 7 am, had awesome breakfast @ the hotel restaurant. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. Our room, was good & everything was well arranged. The housekeeping was superb, keep our room tidy when we enjoyed the theme parks. Overall, very well maintained hotel. We definitely recommend Comfort Suites Maingate East. Keep up the good work

“Nice hotel”

We enjoyed out stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was out of this world. Awesome. Nice little bar out by the pool was great. The only negatives were these: (1) there are only two elevators in the hotel, so be prepared to do alot of waiting for them or alot of walking up and down the stairs. (2) the shuttles are VERY limited. For most of the destinationa, they only depart once and come back twice. But, overall, a nice family place.

“Really Went Downhill”

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it was fantastic! This time we went it REALLY went downhill...the hallways were dirty and smelled terrible, the staff (when they acknowledge you) were not very friendly, the pool was dirty and had things floating in it most days...Our rooms were ok but not great. The breakfast was pretty good, but again staff was not friendly and the breakfast was pretty much the same EVERY day with maybe 1 thing different (we stayed for 8 days). We were extremely disappointed in our stay this year and will not stay here again.
