When we were checking in, it was very late and i wanted to buy water. I commented multiple times that i wanted water. Seeing that they were out of stock in the case, i asked the clerk and he started that they must be out. Then i asked if there was another way to get water....FINALLY The front desk clerk told me me that there was a water station in the darkened food area. I got it there. Maybe the guy was tired. He could have been a little more proactive.

The 2nd floor had a strong smell of weed. While this might be part of some people's vacation, it just down right stank to us. Also, our feet and socks turned black when walking around our room without shoes. There was mildew on the ceiling above the shower and in some areas around it. Not sure how the hotel rating was as high as it was when we booked. Felt mislead.

Pros: Price, comfortable bed, good size room, the woman working the breakfast area was great. Cons: No maid service for a 4 day stay, I even called and requested service but still nothing. In 4 days I saw someone at the front desk once. I had to call out for someone when I checked in, and it took a couple of minutes for someone to come out.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and breakfast was decent. WiFi went down every night was our only issue. Front desk staff was polite and helpful.

When I pulled the edging open to hop in after a long day of travel, the sheets were speckled with black dirt. I called the front desk. The woman was very rude and ignorant. No apologies. While checking in at about 9pm there was no one at the front desk and then when the person came out they were talking. I thought they were talking to us but they were on the phone with someone speaking using their AirPods or something like that. It just seemed unprofessional. Otherwise everything else was okay.

We arrived around 4pm and check in is at 3:00 but no rooms were ready or available, so we had to wait. There is zero housekeeping. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels and toiletries.

The beds were not very comfortable for us, which is preference as they were too firm. The bathtub was stained, possibly from water, and the tub faucet was loose making it difficult to switch the water to shower. The area in general was noisy with cars racing around revving engines and back firing all night and day. That being said, the staff were all friendly and helpful at all times.

The property itself it is good to sleep and it is very close to UCF and a big mall near by in Alafaya. Same as good places to eat very close. Downside is there are no so much option for breakfast but I would like to point that Tess from the breakfast area was really friendly and always willing to help. The staff was also really professional. We had an issue with the bathroom sink and it was fixed as soon as I mentioned to the from desk people.

The building seemed a bit outdated. The breakfast options were pretty good. We had a sofa bed in the room but none of the covers were in the room. Had to call the front desk and head downstairs to get them. The front desk attendant wasn't rude but he also wasn't very friendly. The location was convenient but probably won't stay here again.

It was average experience.
Hotel was renovated. But room and bathroom was more well cleaned. Breakfast was very average. Only 1 toaster, people fine up for 20 minutes just to toast bread. Could not understand how much it will cost for 1 extra and fast toaster. It was crowded and not enough sitting arrangement. Location is awesome.

Really, really bad choice.
Rented a room for 5 people tonight, two adults and three children on the way to the space center. The room was musty, had bugs in bathroom, visible stains on the side of the mattress. Hotel only had towels available for 3 people, so two had to resuse wet towels. Missing linens for pull out sofa, asked for some at check in around 10 pm. We only recieved a partial set at 11:30, and only after following up three times. The kids are tired, wanting to sleep, but no sheets or linens for a confirmed reservation for 5? I've never experienced this before, it really screwed up a needed night of rest during our vacation. I would add photos, but app not letting me.
