Only average

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Location
The ads make this hotel seem very posh and welcoming, but in fact it's just an average, common hotel. The breakfast was subpar over the weekend, with "scrambled egg" patties you'd find at a fast food chain served as the main course. The water pressure was poor, and the bathroom poorly lit, and the fan was noisy. It is a clean facility very close to UCF, and if you're going to spend most of your time out and about, then it will suit.

This hotel is located conveniently near the UCF campus. The room was clean but the shower was old and in poor repair. The water was warm but not warm enough for me. The beds were very firm. The staff was friendly.

Excellent facilities and good customer service.

Pros: The front desk people and the manager were very accessible and understood my poor English pronunciation. There were Spanish language translators.
Cons: The street sign had the lights off and the main sign hidden by the trees, difficult to identify the hotel at night, why I got lost for a few hours. Th

The parking lot is clean and safe. The carpet and the room clean, excellent breakfast with: yogurt, pancake, pastries and fruits. My wife is very exigent with the clean and does not like any kind of bugs or insects, just one tiny roach around.

Not a bad hotel

If you're in the area for UCF buisness, this is the perfect hotel. I've stayed in several in the area and this is the best one so far. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were oooh soo comfy, I wanted to take them home. Clean room, quiet hotel, close to everything!
