Very Disappointing

Pros: The bed was very clean and comfortable
Cons: Update the entire interior
Location: By the Orlando airport
#1. Clerk would not get off his cell phone to help me. #2. Two TV's in the room, one remote not working the other one broken - When I called to ask why some of the channels were not working I was told "yeah, we been having that problem and management hasn't given us an answer" by the same clerk who would not help me earlier. #3. Carpet, room furniture and paint looked worn. #4. Rubbery breakfast food I was just very disappointed with the hotel in general, I stay in Orlando on business frequently and thought I would try the Country Inn, but with the same pricing I could have stayed in a much nicer hotel.

Just stayed one night while visiting UCF, about 25 min. away. Check-in was quick and easy. A little noise from airport across the street but surprisingly few jets through the night. Bed was not the best but was ok for one night considering price. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast included egg "patties", sausage, waffle maker, and fruit.

Plenty of dining options within walking distance.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. shuttle was a big plus as we used it to complete some shopping.

Cons: Air conditioning systems in rooms are too noisy.
Location: Convenient to MCO airport
Stayed overnight before an early am flight. Rooms ok but AC system is too noisy, making for poor sleeping. Breakfast was consistent with most budget hotels.

The employees were very courteous and respectful. Our flight was delayed and even though we arrived at 3 AM, the front desk was very helpful. The only disappointing part was that the room was not cleaned regularly. After running all day and night we came back to a room that had not been service on 2 of the 4 nights. We didn't complain as we got in late every night and only wanted to rest.

Nice hotel with shuttle service to the airport.

The lady at the front desk was excellent she was expecting all four of us and put us across the hall from each other. Very easy to check in and out. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great. We did not have to wait and they were where they said they would be. There were many eating places within walking distance.

INCOMPTENT STAFFING ....

I booked what was supposed to be a romantic room for the last night of my Florida Trip with my partner. Check in and the hotel key doesn't work Go back down to the reception and get another key Go Back up to hotel room and when opened the door, a man was sitting on the sofa in the room!!!! Went back down to reception, got an apology and then a different room Went back up to next hotel room and it was not the king suite with whirlpool tub Go back to reception and then got told that room was just getting cleaned as pilots had late check-out Waited about 15 minutes and then got called to come and get hotel key for correct room Go back down to reception, get the new key, go back up to the new room THE KEY DOESN'T WORK THIS TIME EITHER!!!! So go back down to reception to get a room key that worked. Service at its worst!!! I had paid in advance for guaranteed late arrival and it was 8 p.m. before I got the correct room ... probably wasted a good half hour to 45 minutes of my precious time. I was very disappointed in the service and considering the higher price paid for the king suite, it was lackluster and unimpressive. So was the breakfast. I thought I was staying in a classy place, it isn't. Just ho hum ... so so .... and wasn't worth the price I paid. I had been offered a credit against the hotel charges for this mess up however I have heard nothing.

Disappointed.

Pros: I will say the one redeeming quality for this hotel is the shuttle service they offer to and from the airport. Drivers were very friendly.
Cons: Very shabby - mattresses are actually flimsy. Carpeting in my room was actually ripped - I was too nervous to walk barefoot on such old carpeting
Location: This is by the airport - there was no shopping within walking distance, but there are a couple of restaurants nearby for lunch.
This wasn't horrible, but it was a disappointment as I later found out that for the same price, I could have stayed at a competing hotel which I eventually visited and found the rooms there were beautiful! The Country Inn definitely needs some updating, from carpeting which is worn and in my room, ripped (!) to the mattresses, which are just plain worn out. The first night I thought I was going to fall out of bed - and I was alone! I got in late - 7:30 or so - and repeatedly asked about nearby restaurants. There were some restaurants which everyone, including the shuttle driver, seemed to think I should walk to - but I am a cautious individual and was very concerned about personal safety in a strange, dark neighborhood. The gal at the front desk did not tell me about a company they contract with where I could have ordered an entire dinner from and had it delivered. Instead I snacked on junk food. Oh well. I did not hear much noise other than airplanes flying over due to the proximity of the airport. The free breakfast was the usual with plastic eggs and sausages of unknown origins. I found a day old blueberry muffin which served the purpose.
