The employees had a lot of knowledge and attention to details of the property. Specially the front desk and the laundry department that provide me the right direction to walk from the room to the parking lot location.

The breakfast was very expensive for what you got. It was cold, stale, and gross. The pancakes were like rubber. The only good thing was the Mickey waffles. The complimentary breakfast at other hotels is way better than this. This should be cheaper or free. It was gross.

Fantastic place to stay! The staff are friendly, the rooms are both nice and clean, and the pool areas are great! The only miss is the breakfast buffet, the food was cold and the selection was limited, not worth the money. The bar and coffee shop however were phenomenal. This was my second stay and I will absolutely be back! Tip: A balcony room overlooking the pool is the way to go! It gives your stay a resort-like feel! (Sunset pool may be better for those who don’t have children)

This was my second stay at the Courtyard. I came from California to Florida to bring my baby boy to Disney world for his birthday as I did 1 year ago. I had to stay here again because it was nice clean and the staff were very pleasant. My son enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed everything. I didn’t have to go far for a meal. My room was as expected. I will be returning again.

I was nervous when I read some comments d the big comments but I didn’t see any, staff were so nice. Jose gave me some tips on Disney shuttle which were helpful. I wish I had a day just to stay at the hotel. The pools looked beautiful. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here for 3 days while I visited Disney World and Universal Studios & the experience overall was AMAZING ! Staff members were very friendly and welcoming ! As soon I walked in I was greeted & checked in . The staff member explained to me different perks they had around the hotel such as the pool outside , gym and fee shuttle buses that will take me to the parks . I was also offered 3 $10 food vouchers that I was able to use for the nights that I would be staying at the hotel . Everytime I came back from leaving my room , everything was clean and tidied up. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning on staying in Orlando ! Will be using this place my next visit !

We book two room they gave us 1 room but didn’t have the other room at all. We found out that they overbooked the type of room that we booked for . When asked when are the room available, they said we don’t know , they were very unprofessional with the situation.

I had a perfect experience at this hotel. I purchased three rooms to accommodate my large family and I felt I received the best value with my stay. The hotel rooms and property were all clean and well kept. My major call out would be the staff. They were all so helpful and friendly. A special shoutout to Mary as she literally set the tone for a great stay. Thank you!

We stayed four nights accompanying our son's large high school marching band. They were booked at 4 kids per room. However, all their rooms only came with 3 towels. They had a pool party the first evening and the hotel ran out of towels for the pool. Kids were shivering going back to their room, then some had to wait for more towels to be brought before showing. When more towels were laundered, the kids who still needed one had to go get a bath towel from a cart, they weren't delivered to their rooms. For the price of our room I feel breakfast should have been included, but it was almost $20 a person extra. The hotel does, however, give you a $10 credit per room to be used at their Starbucks or bar or towards breakfast. Loved the big parking area and easy access to side doors closer to your room, but hated that you have to pay for parking, too! It was nice to have the option of a shuttle to the parks, however we didn't use them. Loved the curtains, generously wide to fully block out the light on the mornings we wanted to sleep in. In the end, was a nice stay with comfortable beds and a microwave, sink, and fridge in our suite. And I do have to mention Travis at the front desk was always very kind, helpful, and professional both in person and over the phone before our arrival!

Staff were welcoming and our rooms were clean. The only thing I wish was different would be the check in time. It would make such a difference if check in time was 12noon so that families could really enjoy the pool area for a full day. My family and I will definitely be returning.

I absolutely liked everything on this property, it was very convenient, it was safe, it was quiet, and the fact that they have a shuttle to the parks was a plus. I feel like we didn’t have to get a rental after all. I would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing we had not enough towels from the beginning. Every time we called the front desk we did not get an answer. We went to the pool a couple times the water was freezing. They had no towels out there. We asked supervisors and still over an hour to get a towel at the pool AC continuously kept turning off the only one positive was the customer service from Jose up at the front which no matter how good that was did not make any difference. This day was horrible.

The balcony rooms are under surveillance 24 /7 because they are right over the parking lot where everyone comes in. In addition to that the bright lights that are meant to keep the parking lot safe i guess also stay on all night right by the balcony rooms like spotlights. Theres absolutely no privacy.
