“Good Hotel, Good location for the $”

For price, it is worth it. Some seedy people walking on street but it is somewhat near downtown so that is expected. Rooms were good. Breakfast was good. No complaints for $ spent.

Harry Leu gardens is nice to see if you are into flowers,plants.

“FALSE ADVERTISING”

THE FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE THAT WAS ADVERTISED DID NOT RUN ON WEEKENDS, EXCEPT TO THE CONCERT. THE FITNESS CENTER WAS UNDER RENOVATION-THIS WAS NOT SPECIFIED ON THEIR ADD. BREAKFAST DID NOT START UNTIL 7AM ON WEEKENDS HOTEL WAS CLEAN

“Sure wish renovations were done and trains did'nt run all night”

Overall comfort very good however a small refrigerator and safe in the room were expected. Having a set up lounge (the reason understood) certainly took away from the liesure of drinks and relaxation. The staff could not of been more pleasant.

“Not impressed”

The hotel was under construction at the time of my visit. The computers were slow when working. The breakfast was unappetizing even though it was free, I did not return for the second day's breakfast. There was not sufficient parking at the hotel, I ended up using handicapp parking for the night.

West Church Street, Orlando Florida. This area has resturants and shopping, it appears to be the center of downtown Orlando.

“Good option for business and tourists people”

We use to visit the Courtyard Marriot Hotels and its quality is the same it doesn´t matter where you are. We did stay at the hotel 2 weeks ago. The hotel had the lobby and the pool under remodelation and it didn´t affect quality of service. In compensation we received breakfast for free, and it was so good for our budget. We were there for working and pleasure. The hotel is good for people who is all the day outside and uses the hotel just for sleeping. its speciality is business people, but it is good for couple or families too, I insist, if you pass the day outside, because the hotel is small and it has small common areas. The room was so clean and comfortable. I think with remodalation the hotel is going to be much better. The location was nice, so easy to take the 4th, and near to the most important places of downtown. I recommend this hotel, in fact, we always prefer to go to Courtyard Marriot hotels.

“Gonna park your car here?”

Great stay, friendly staff,clean but......when I checked in ,clerk asked "Will you be parking your car here?" Ah,yeah, so he gives me a tag to hang on my mirror. Okay cool. Well on the morning I'm checking out, I find a bill for $32.00 and some change has been slid under my door. it's for 3 days of parking. I was pretty upset. Where else would I of parked my car and it wasn't like it was a parking garage either. I had to park to the side if the building in wwalk thru a dark parking lot.
