Pros: good location, nice lobby
Cons: free breakfast or coffee
Location: University to Central Florida
only hiccups were that we had talked to expedia about booking the day before and they confirmed that but the room was not available, luckily we had another room in the hotel otherwise that would have been a problem and on the way back we asked to book shuttle to the airport and said it was for five people and they didn't tell the limo place and we had to squeeze into a car, but again we were able to, luckily

Inexpensive arena location. Redecorated nicely.

Bed was clean. Carpets not so much. Found other peoples food. Gross.

While I am pleased to hear that you found our staff to be friendly, I am sorry to hear that you did not find our property to be up to standards. Being one of the few that are being fully renovated both in lobby and rooms, your stay accommodations are what the brand is changing towards- an inviting hotel geared toward the business traveler. Our lobby was fully renovated in 2011 to offer the new Courtyard Lobby Experience and all rooms available for check in are only those that have been renovated within the past month to offer the new "next gen" room types for the Courtyard Brand. The Bistro has become a Courtyard Staple offering both breakfast and dinner options each day of the week and featuring Starbucks drinks.

Close to UCF

Love this hotel. Clean with adequate fitness facility and bar/restaurant. Close to UCF. Came full circle, We stayed when my daughter went to Orientation at UCF and again when we watched her be awarded her Doctoral Degree. Staff ready to please. A Great Stay

LGREAT HOTEL FOR UCF FUNCTIONS. FOTBALL ETC.

Pros: HEATED POOL IS FANTASTIC.
Cons: STAFF NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT EVENTS ARE GOING ON AND MORE FOR KIDS. PLAYGROUND WOULD BE NICE.
Location: WINTER PARK FOR SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS.
BEDS REALLY COMFY. GOOD BREAKFAST. CAN WALK TOCAMPUS AND DMANY RESTAURANTS. ONLY NEGATIVE AS STAFF WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE HOMECOMING ACTIVITIES. NO ONE KNE WHEN THE PARADE AS STARTING. CLOSE TO GREAT SHOPPING, SHORT TRIP TO ORLANDO AND REALLY SHORT RIDE TO WINTER PARK FOR GREAT SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS.
