“Hard to Find!”

Took several times driving around to find the hotel. It sets back away from the main road and there are NO signs. Drive past it twice before seeing part of the hotel name on the building through the trees. Hotel is being remodeled so keep that in mind for now. Mattress kept slipping off the base (had an overhang); almost ended up on the floor one night! But it is convenient if visitng the universities in the area.

“Great hotel!”

This was one of the nicest, quietest, cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. Very comfortable too!

“Best hotel in the area”

Clean atmosphere with great customer service. There is a pool with a hot tub that are open till 11. After explaining to the hotel guest that we needed a little extra time to unwind they agreed to leave it open a little longer. Clean rooms, great beds, and great customer service.

“Average UCF Hotel”

Broken toilet that kept running all night and was not clean on the inside (i.e. brown stains? around the bowl) and room had heat high when we got there so it took a while to cool the room down. Otherwise everything was very clean and neat as it should be. Generally what would be expected from a Courtyard Marriot with regards to amenitites. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Area recommendations

If you are seeking being close to UCF area to visit your children or the school then this is a pretty close location. Downtown Orlando is more touristy and close to the tourist action. This location would require a 20 minute plus drive to get to those type of attractions that tourists are typically seeking.
