Hotel management does not take responsibility.

Posted May 15, 2015
Pros: The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the University and restaurants.
Cons: The general manager and the bad odor on the second floor once you get off the elevator. To hire more housekeepers.
Location: Close to the university and the variety of restaurants.
Crestwood Suites Booked room on February 28th. Arrived at the hotel on May 7th at 12:30pm (Crestwood Suites of Orlando). Was informed that check-in was at 11:00pm and that no rooms were available (housekeeping were cleaning rooms) Was told we would be in rooms 142 and 147 when we return at 3:00pm. We came back to the hotel around 3:30pm and the rooms were still not available. The front desk person told us it would be another hour before our rooms would be available. Mind you that my mother was with us. The road trip cause my mother feet to swell and she need to elevate her feet but was not able to do so in her room. We returned to the hotel to completely check-in around 7:00pm. The young lady asked for my credit card stating "I need to see the card you reserved the rooms with" not thinking she was charging my card. I told her we were paying with cash and paying separately and then she proceeds to tell me, my credit card had already been charged for one night for both rooms. She used my credit card for the cost of the second night and my brother used his card for the cost of the second night. Rooms was reserved two month through Expedia...we were told that Expedia did not know their room capacity when they reserved our rooms. And that Expedia overbooked them. They were trying to indicate to us they we were being upgraded ( which was not true).

Cheap, close to UCF

Posted May 13, 2015
Pros: It was close to the university.
Cons: The whole place is in need of a serious overhaul. I should have paid a little more and stayed someplace nicer.
Location: Lots of restaurants. There is a noisy college bar nearby.
We stayed here to attend a graduation ceremony. We had reserved a Queen room, but they first tried to put us in a Full room that hadn't been cleaned. Then they moved us to another Full room that was technically clean, but in sad shape. They finally put us in a semi-acceptable Queen room, which we tolerated for the one night we needed it. It seems like it's more a hotel for people who can't afford an apartment.

Pros: The two biggest reasons for choosing this hotel were location relative to UCF and price (<50 bucks per night).
Cons: The area immediately adjacent to the hotel was kept picked-up, but they are surrounded by areas that are full of trash.
Location: Well, UCF is right down the road. Close proximity to the 417 toll road that can take you anywhere in the Orlando area quickly.
Check-in required going to the office a couple of times until someone was at the desk. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Cheap hotel

Posted May 11, 2015
Did not have 2 double beds as I had booked weeks before. Managed to find a room with a bed and sofa bed, did not have enough sheets for sofa bed, no pillows, no cover. Also no towels. Keys had to be rekeyed every day. Staff were not pleasant, not helpful, rooms smelled badly, 1only plate, cup, no glass. I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and it was a lot better. Would most definitely not stay there again.

Horrible dirty and outdated

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cleanliness and customer service to start.
This hotel was horrible. From the dark and smelly lobby (if you can call it a lobby) to the dark hallways. The room was dirty and outdated. Old dry shrimp tail in rusty microwave and crumbs of food on top of refrigerator. An old coffee mug covered with aluminum foil on top of cabinet with who knows in it (I was too apprehensive to look). The couch's springs were broken and when you sat down, it was like sitting on big hard lumps. There was 1 towel in bathroom and when I asked to have another brought up to room, I was told to come get it because there was no one to bring it to room.

Just Awful

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Never stayed at a Crestwood hotel but was encouraged by the low rate. This experience sums up the old saying, "you get what you pay for." There was a ghastly stinch in the room that ruined my longing for sleep. Not a good choice
