“Nice Hotel”

Arrived at 3pm and was able to check in quickly. My room had 1 King bed and an L shaped sofa. The room was small but nice. The bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa. I actually fell asleep on the sofa while reading. I was able to work at the desk in comfort while using my laptop. I only wish they had a mini refrig in the room especially since they had a microwave. We went out to eat that night and could not bring back left overs because there was no place to put it. We had the free breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and was quite impressed with the service. The waitress was very nice and came back multiple times to make sure we didn't need anything.

“Nice but noisy”

The hotel room was quite nice, comfortable and clean. The problem was the noise. Next to our room was an ice machine which was extremely noisy and prevented us from sleeping. The walls also seem incredibly thin and every nosie is amplified and seems to echo around the building. I don't usually have a problem sleeping as I am a very deep sleeper, but it even affected me. This must be why they provide you with ear plugs!!

“Seriously comfortable bed!”

Enjoyed the restaurant cuisine and the extremely comfortable bed! A great flat screened t. v. didn't hurt! Great room decor and a wonderfully helpful staff! Some traffic noise but it didn't prevent me from having a great night's sleep.

“Great!!!!”

This hotel was a great experience! The hallway leading up tO the room was very deceiving but the room itself was very comfortable and clean. Also, the location is in a good driving distance from the Florida Mall

“Bring your ear plugs!!!”

Huge disappointment!!! Very loud traffic noise and train whistles throughout the night. Obviously inferior windows/doors did nothing to block the sound. If you need to sleep at all DO NOT stay here. Nothing on site for kids either.

“Nicely Appointed, Very Friendly and Attentive Staff!”

This hotel is very comfortable, nicely appointed and perhaps recently renovated. It's furnishings are rich, well kept and clean. Upon our arrival, the staff was immediately at our service, extremely polite, and sincerely ready to make our stay a perfect one. My first comment to my wife was "I think we need to stay here an extra day, I like this place!". My only complaint was the thermostat in our room. It didn't seem to be accurate and wouldn't allow us to make it any cooler. In defense of the hotel, It was very late when we arrived, so we didn't ask anyone for assistance with it. Definitely worth the money to stay at the Crowne. I'd be happy to return.

“not really downtown”

Overall the hotel is pretty nice. There are 2 issues. First, it's not downtown. It is located near to downtown, requiring either a taxi or a 30 minute walk to get downtown. Secondly, it's directly adjacent a busy highway and really noisy at night. They actually supply you with earplugs upon arrival.
