Fantastic Stay at DamaiPosted Jul 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
Spacious town home. Enjoyable stay with easy access to all major roads. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to family and friends. On another note, cable box in master suite didn't work, kitchen knifes were of cheap quality, no darkening curtains on the first floor which caused a glare on the tv, no supplies for the kitchen ie: trash bags, measuring cup or sponge. All in all it was a great stay and value. I would stay there again.

Great location and PropertyPosted Jun 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
The townhouses are 5-10 minutes from Disney. Great place to stay for families. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful pool and hot tub area for relaxing. Quite community. The house was very nice and clean. My only complaints would be that the floors could have been cleaner and there could have been more dishes, pots and pans. There is nothing for cooking in the oven. I would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Perfect for the family, or couples.Posted May 30, 2013
Pros: Simply the best!!.
Cons: The amount of steps.
Location: Location was good, close to everything but quiet and secluded.
Our stay at Damai was the best. It was very clean and well kept, inside and out. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was amazing. Not good for anyone that has hard times with steps as there were 3 levels, other then that we give it an A+. Quiet and secluded but close to everything. Would stay there again for sure.

location was private and covenientPosted May 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very nice facility. When we needed something the resort manager came over and gave us needed supplies. Not enough kitchen cooking equipment. Unit was excellent. The staff at the Buena Vista Resort where you pick up keys has spotty knowledge of the Damai. The key pick up is not by Orlando Premium outlets, it is by other outlet mall south of the I4 ramps. The supervisors know about the place but the regular clerks see Damai as a bit of an afterthought. Blossom and Matt were very service oriented as well as the resort manger of the units.

Nice, Large Space!Posted May 22, 2013
Pros: Wide open spaces and plenty of rooms.
Cons: Stained carpet and scuffed walls at rear entrance; beds were a little hard.
Location: Very nice. Isolated from the busy areas of Orlando
Four bedrooms with cable TV in each, and a large kitchen/living area. Pool and hot tub were great! You will have to stock your own food, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent and fabric softener. Carpeted floors and wall in stairwells were stained/scuffed. Beds were a little hard if you are use to pillow top type beds. You will have to check in and pick up your keys at a nearby resort, Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa. Check-in was after 4pm. That will be the last interaction with "staff" until your check out or if you call. For the price of the extended stay (7-nights+), all the above "negatives" were moot. In summary, the stay was excellent due to the large space and home-like amenities for a reasonable price.

Hotels.com does not let you know that you need to check in at an alternate hotel as there is no front desk at this facility. They also do not let you know that there will be no maid service. Overall though for the amount of space you get for the price as well as proximity to Disney World it is not a bad deal.

Gorgeous house!Posted Feb 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
My friends and I traveled from Miami on Friday evening and were pleased that the check-in process was extremely easy! We walked in past 11pm to find everything had been taken care of; all we did was sign papers and we were sent on our way. The actual resort is a 5 min drive from the front desk which was perfect! Upon arriving we were ecstatic with the condition of the house. All stainless steel appliances, granite/marble counter tops, hardwood floors, and the decor was great! There was more than enough room for our group of 6 to feel extremely comfortable. The master was fantastic! Not to mention the pool/Jacuzzi/workout area. It was the perfect place to call home for the weekend and relax in after a long day at the parks. Will definitely be visiting again!
