Not what I expected

Bathroom dirty with patches on walls. Phone not working. Free breakfast a joke. Everyone walked to Bob Evans.

Not a good hotel

First thing that i notice once we open the door was the bad smell, need a little fridge, and que breakfast room way yo small, plus for the check out the lady in the counter was talking in the phone i wait approx 25 minutes. Dont recommend this hotel at all.

for the price it is what you should expect, rooms in need of a little renovation e.g. could not turn off the water in the shower. hotel staff were nice and friendly but could not find us a taxi. hotel location is perfect close to the highway but far enough to be quiet, restaurants within walking distance. Pool area was nice enough.

Room reeked of smoke. The hotel staff not Manager did nothing. The staff does not acknowledge you when u approach the front desk.

You Get What You Pay For

We stayed for 8 nights. The check-in and check-out was very fast and simple. The breakfast was really basic but fine. The bad thing was that the food was never stocked and you had to be the first people for breakfast or most everything would be gone. For the first couple of days we had to continually get our room key reprogrammed in order to open our door. The 2nd and 3rd shift staff were nice but not very helpful. Our last night there I went to the lobby to print our plane tickets and the clerk was playing games. When I asked if I could use the computer he said "I suppose, I'm just playing games". He seemed put-out. One other night I walked past the lobby about midnight and the clerk was slumped over and asleep at the public computer desk. The room was very dank and smelly for our whole stay. We went to the local grocery store to buy air fresheners. They didn't help much. We were on the go most of the time so we really only had to sleep there. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The towels were very small and there were never enough. The room had no fridge or microwave but we knew that. The website said a fridge could be rented for $10/day and a microwave for $5/day. When I asked the clerk about a fridge a he gave me a look and said they don't have fridges or microwaves to rent. I said "ok" and went back to the room. 10 minutes later the clerk called and said for $10/day we could get a fridge. I said "no" an bought a cheap cooler.

very dated--had to change rooms because heater did not work and room smelled like a smoking room--floors not very clean. Second room's toilet wouldn't refill most of the time. But better cleanliness. OK I guess for the money if only sleeping there.

Disappointing

The queen size bed were actualy full size beds, no fridge and no microwave. You could hear all the outside noise.
