No good! Room was dirty and smelled terrible, crumbs all over, scuff marks on the walls and trash left in room.

More bad than good. Check in difficult with language barrier problems. Room missing adequate towels and provided reluctantly. Breakfast is a joke. Owner only provides 1-2 yogurts and only about 5-6 slices of bread at a time. Little to no oatmeal. Went out for breakfast every other day. One day we received no service. Took our dirty towels but did not replace. Did not empty trash, make beds, or replenish coffee or cups. Beds lumpy and uncomfortable. There was an odd damp smell in the room. Coffee packages are for single cup servings but expected to use for 4 cup pot. The room was reasonably clean and the pool was clean despite previous report to the contrary. Would not recommend.

Price was right, but...

Close to Orlando, but was noisy. Bed was not comfortable, no tv stations,and even though they accepted pets there was no where to walk them. Tatoo shop in the front. Also could not find my Exoedia prepaid reservation ! Took them over 30 minutes to let me check in !!!

Excellent hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, nice and polite reception.
Location: Publix and Denny's. Disney World, Downtown Disney, resorts
This was our first visit to Disney World. As this trip was a last minute trip, I decided to look for a convenient hotel. Days Inn Clermont fit the bill. It offers a good free breakfast, available from 6am to 9am. The hotel also offers free shuttle to and from Magic Kingdom at 8:30am and 10:30 pm. The room was located in the third floor and has an convenient elevator, so no problem. We chose a double room, both beds were a pretty good size. The overall look of the room was good and clean. The room had an split a/c, a mini fridge, microwave, iron and iron board. The bathroom was clean and new. The bathtub looked quite new. Our main goal was visiting the Disney Parks. I thought the way to go was to take the shuttle, but after missing the shuttle at night we had to take a cab. I previously agreed with the cab driver for a fixed rate, what happened is the trip back took one hour and a half. They are fixing the roads and it got so bad that night. My suggestion is just pay the $17 parking fee and drive yourself to the Magic Kingdom. You'll get to enjoy the whole time without being rushed to catch the shuttle.

OK Room.

Cons: Upgrade the TV from a old style CRT to a flat screen. Upgrade refrigerator so it does not leak water. This left a puddle of water on the rug.
Location: The location was "near" Disney, However traffic was awful.
Located "fairly" close to Disney. Traffic on route US 192 was challenging, Light to Light traffic!

(Very low) Budget Hotel

I wasn't expecting much but was disappointed that this hotel was so decrepit. The room was small, the pool was in the parking lot, and the breakfast was not even worth it (never ate there- preferred to have a real breakfast 3 miles away). The Wi-Fi was awful too. The concierge was really nice though and the pet fee was only 10/night. I guess you really do get what you pay for. Oh and there is a free shuttle to Disney but it's not free if you want to go to Universal Studios.

Would visit again. The only downfall is that hotel is 40 min away from attractions and shuttle is not free.
