Again we were pleased with our hotel room at Disney World. Even though this is rated a Value Resort there is no shortage of the Disney charm. Although it may not be an elaborate as some of the pricier resorts in Disney World, you are treated just as well and the hotel staff are always will to accomodate your wished.

We had a wonderful time a Disneys All Star Music Resort. The service was great and all of the employees were very helpful. My family would definitely love to stay there again.

“Cheap Way to enjoy frills of staying on Disney property”

The all star resorts are a cheap way to stay on Disney property and take advantage of the perks given to Disney resort guests. These resorts are obviously geared a little towards school groups and parents with small children, but there are still some fun things for everyone. We weren't going to Disney World to stay in our room all day anyway! The only negative was our check in. We had booked a Non Smoking Preferred room with a King size bed through expedia. At check in, they had us in a smoking room. When we explained that this was incorrect, they did their best to get us a non smoking room, but we had to settle for two double beds. We were close to the front of the resort, so it was all good. I am a musician by trade, so the various musical themes throughout the resort were a fun sight for me. The two pools were excellent! One shaped like a guitar and one shaped like a piano. We also enjoyed the food court. They had a wide range of selections, and the food was very reasonable. THe best feature was the mug you could buy for $10 and then unlimited refills on pop, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for the duration of your stay. That really paid off in the end. I would reccomend this motel to anyone not looking to break the bank to stay on Disney property.

“Great Hotel at a Great Price!”

If you want to stay at a Disney Resort, but don't want to spend a ton of money you should definitely stay at the All Star Music Resort. You get all the Disney amenities at a value price. They have a food court instead of a restaurant, which stays open until midnight. Buy the refillable cup for $12 and it is good to refill for your entire stay. The hotel staff is friendly and will help you with anything. They show movies on the guitar pool every night at 9pm if you are there. I took advantage of the package delivery service from the park so I didn't have to carry bags around and they were waiting for me in the hotel gift shop when I arrived back for the evening. Buses to/from parks ran smoothly. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes at the most. When I got to my hotel room there were animals made out of the towels decorating my room for Halloween. The only bad thing I could say is that the property is spread out and I was in one of the farthest buildings away. If you ask to upgrade to the Calypso building (one of the buildings closest to the lobby and guitar pool) they will charge you, which I did not want to pay for. Everything is lively and clean and there is music playing from early morning to night, which was great.

“What an experience!!”

Disney's customer service is worth experiencing! When we checked in, the key card system was not working properly. So, after apologizing several times, the manager comped us tickets to the park for our hassle. We did not even feel hasseled but apreciated the gesture. I highly recommend this hotel for traveling families. They fully accomodated our request for a crib and the transportation to and from the parks was very easy to use.

“Terrific place to stay”

Our recent stay in a family suite at Disney's All-Star Music resort was wonderful. Our group of five found the suite the perfect place - plenty of room to stretch out, the privacy of a bedroom, the convenience of two bathrooms and a kitchenette. The kids loved sleeping on the pull out chair and ottoman. As Disney offers the free use of wheelchairs for their resorts, it was easy for my mother to get to and from the room. I am a Disney fanatic and they never disappoint. The only problem we encountered, and it's a small one, was that the shuttle ran late one day. We waited 45 minutes to get a bus to Epcot, although buses to the other parks came regularly. All in all we loved this hotel and the family suite and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and would definitely stay there again. Booking through Expedia was great - no hassle, no trouble, nothing unexpected, and a great price as well.

“A Once in a Life Time Experience : )”

This was the first trip I have been able to take my 9 and 11 year old on. They had an amazing time. This will be something they will talk about for the rest of their lives. We appreciate all the great service!!! : )

“Super clean hotel”

Although our room was quite a distance from the bus stop, I would recommend this Disney Resort to anyone who wants to stay in a room without the worry of cleanliness or transportation to anything Disney or the airport. It was very convenient!
