Property Amenities
Adjacent to Disney's BoardWalk entertainment district, this resort wraps around an outdoor pool complex called Luna Park. At the center is the 200-foot-long water slide that's reminiscent of seaside roller coasters of the early 1940s. Child-friendly amenities include a children's pool, game arcade, and 24-hour play area. There are also two quiet outdoor pools on site. Guests can rent boats and arrange fishing excursions at the boardwalk marina, and also have access to two lighted tennis courts and a fitness center. Lots of entertainment options are nearby on the boardwalk, including restaurants, shops, and a dance hall.
Disney's Magical Express: Guests of this resort are eligible for complimentary Disney's Magical Express service. Motor coaches pick up guests at Orlando International Airport and drop off at Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels. Disney staff members pick up bags and deliver them straight to guestrooms (for arrivals between 5 AM and 10 PM). Guests arriving outside of these hours should pick up their baggage at baggage claim to carry with them on the motor coach.
This hotel is nonsmoking except in designated outdoor areas.
Rooms
Disney's BoardWalk Inn offers 372 guestrooms in a five-story building that evokes the romantic atmosphere of bed-and-breakfast inns found along the mid-Atlantic coast of the 1940s. Some rooms provide balconies with views of gardens, the lake and boardwalk, or resort parking areas.
Bathrooms have hair dryers and separate vanity areas with two sinks each. Telephones have voice mail and dial-up Internet access. Refrigerators are complimentary.
All guestrooms (including room patios and balconies) are nonsmoking.

“can't wait to go back”
it's a really nice hotel and very convienent to stay there.I and my family enjoyed staying in this hotel.I would sugest to other people to choise that nice place. It was a pleasure being there.
“The Perfect Spot”
The Boardwalk Inn is situated such that you can walk to both Epcot and MGM-Disney. The shops and dining on the Boardwalk were great and the area was alive at night. The hotel has the feel of a 1930's to 1940's style hotel out of the movies "Holiday Inn" or "White Christmas" - all wood floors, authentic style woodwork, etc. There is a great little bar area just off the main entrance that serves muffins, rolls and coffee in the morning. A gal named Mary worked there and she has been with Disney for 27 years and she was great to visit with. Next trip we will take the grandparents and they would be completely satisfied staying at the inn, walking to Epcot (which is the park they enjoy the most). This is our third "on Disney" property that we stayed at and we felt the best.
“What a beautiful hotel!”
My family and I were extremely impressed with this hotel. Would recommend it to anyone. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the surrounding area on the Boardwalk and liked the fact that it was within walking distance of Epcot.
“Great time!”
This hotel was great! We spent most of our time at Epcot and it was so easy to get there and enjoy it without the transportation waits. Great leisure feel around the boardwalk area. Only negative is the lack of full over the counter service like Saratoga Springs Resort. There are plenty of places to get quick continental breakfast and premade lunches but no place to get freshly made over the counter meals. Only drawback but not enough to keep us from staying there again.
“One of the Best Hotels at Disney”
Our visit to the Boardwalk Inn was the first time we had tried this Hotel. We have stayed at almost all of the Moderate and Deluxe Hotels except this one. We were just blown away with the cleanliness, condition of the Hotel. The Entire Staff was Excellent. We are looking foward to staying again soon at the Boardwalk Inn. It is extremely close and easy to get to EPCOT and Hollywood (MGM) and both can be reached by a very relaxing boat ride.
“Can't wait to go back”
The hotel was wonderful. Had everything to offer and in addition it was very clean and quiet.
“Great Way to Spend Thanksgiving”
The family decided to vacation at Disney World for Thanksgiving Week. We stayed at the Boardwalk Inn because of a special with Expedia. It was a great hotel and a wonderful way to spend the holiday. On check-in, we were given a single king, even though we requested 2 queens. The front desk staff immediately switched our room. In fact, we got the room meant for handicapped guests so it was extra-large. The boardwalk does have a few other restaurants so there are options for meals. Although, you're probably better off getting pastries and other cold breakfast items at the bar in the hotel than at the bakery on the boardwalk. The Disney shuttle to/from the airport was convenient, but there was a line on arrival. Transport to the other parks was very easy, with minimal wait times. One negative about booking with Expedia is you cannot purchase the Disney Meal Plan. Overall a great way to spend Thanksgiving Week!
“Beautiful Hotel”
Terrific Disney hotel. The most comfortable beds we've had anywhere. Very helpful staff. The only disappointment was the main pool. The hotel has a great concept--to have two "quiet" pools, in addition to the main pool, but the main pool is really disappointing with theming when compared to other Disney properties.
“Extremely convenient and comfortable.”
The convenience to Epcot and Hollywood Studios and the selection of restaurants on the Boardwalk makes this hotel an excellent choice. We could take the boat, which came every 20min or walk or both. The rooms were attractive and very comfortable. We overlooked a secondary pool and it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
“One of Disney's finest”
This was our first stay at Disney's Boardwalk Inn. We have been to Disney many times and have often stayed at the Caribbean Beach. This is a full service hotel with great amenities. Disney knows how to do it right.
