“Great experience, wish I was still there”

This property is incredible! It is large but getting around is not a problem. Very tropical setting. The staff was very helpful and super nice. The rooms and the grounds were spotless, even after a storm clean-up began almost immediately. The food court serves great food, nothing fancy, but the prices are reasonable. Pools are all excellent. Some say the rooms are small, we had 3 adults, and we had plenty of room, the rooms are well laid out. The rooms have a mini fridge and a trip on your first day to a store for snacks and drink is a must. Crossroads is the nearest grocery store, about a $10 cab ride each way. Your room will not be available til after 3, so bring sunscreen, a swimsuit or shorts in your carry-on. Drinks are available in the store at Port Royale, just sit by the pool and start relaxing with a nice swim. Nothing bad to say about this resort, we hope you have as great a time as we did. When it's time to leave the airline check in at the hotel is great, use it if you can.

I have to say that Disney knows how to do customer service. Staying on a Disney resort to see their theme parks is the way to go for a no hassle vacation. They take care of your luggage, your transportation, and have all the information you need to get the most out of your stay. We loved it

“Wonderful experience”

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort met our expectations in almost every way. Their costumer service was very good, the room was clean and comfortable, the grounds were neatly kept, and the price was reasonable. The only area of dissatisfaction was the price and limited selections in the food court.

Very nice tropical themed hotel! Stayed in the Jamaica section of the resort with my 9 yr old daughter. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to Disney bus stop to parks and a short walk to the central pool/food area. Loved the sandy beach area for play and relaxation. A quiet pool near our room was available, but daughter preferred to be where the other kids/action were. We very much enjoyed our stay here over the Christmas holiday--Santa even made an appearance on Christmas eve for the guests.

The bus service, hotel staff and theme parks are all excellent.

“Great Trip!”

We spent the week of Easter at the resort and it was a great stay. The rooms are a bit ordinary and could use updating; however, most people just sleep in them so it didn't bother me. My son loved the water slides at the main pool and the arcade. Those are his two favorite things so worth the trip. We skipped the parks as he is not interested and hung out at the resort the entire week. When we were on the plane heading home, he asked when we could go back. We will be back next year!

This resort was beautiful! The staff was so friendly and helpful! My daughter came from Georgia to visit us and spend time with us and they made her stay so easy and affordable. We look forward to going back!

“Disney knows how to do things”

This is an older hotel, but they have maintained it very well. All the greenery is very beautiful, especially in January. The buildings are all bright and carribean colors. There was a bus stop outside of our hotel where buses come around all the time to take you to the different adventure parks. I loved this place and our vacation and will definitely go back.
