Hotel otimo, dentro do Park da DisneyPosted Dec 24, 2014
Pros: Gostamos do atendimento, restaurantes.

contemporary garden wingPosted Dec 18, 2014
Pros: Very courteous staff. Ease of getting around to monorail and eats. Nice landscaping.
Cons: Fix the important things in rooms, electrical sockets for lamps and plugin sockets for charging computer.
Location: Location is great, but, to much pixie dust at downtown disney. Wife was in leg brace boot, we had to walk East to West to La Nouba from bus drop off.
Garden wing was a very quiet area, not much outside noise. Although, we feel area show signs of ageing. Nice lamp in our room would not work because the electrical socket was broken but not a problem for us. A little confusion about boarding pass when checking out. Info that I read was the boarding pass would be slid under the door early in morning, looked for it when I arose and nothing under the door, so, I went to the Airline check in and did it myself, very easy. Later in morning we came back to room and boarding pass was hanging on outside of door. Also think the breakfast buffet in the Wave is pricey and not to my expectations for which I paid.

favorite place to stayPosted Dec 16, 2014
Cons: I have no suggestions
Location: I really enjoy the access to the monorail to get to each of the parks we visited, Magic Kingdom and Epcot.
Everything went smoothly from check in to housekeeping to valet and check out. Our stay lived up to what I expected at the Contemporary.

Incredibly convenient to magic kingdom!Posted Nov 27, 2014
This hotel was perfect for us. We could easily come back to the hotel from Magic Kingdom for an afternoon nap for our three year old. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the facilities (restaurants, pool, shopping) were terrific. What a wonderful first visit to Disney!

Completely unable to resolve problemsPosted Nov 13, 2014
Pros: The Wave restaurant where we had a good breakfast and dinner
Cons: The management culture, which is completely deficient - even managers were unwilling to accept responsibility for resolving problems.
Location: Next to the magic kningdom
I booked two rooms for me and my husband in one room and my son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons in the other. We visited the Magic Kingdom on two days. The experience we had was very poor and our visit to Disneyworld was ruined. The booking appeared showing myself staying in both rooms and my son’s name was missing from his room. This appears to have originated in the Expedia booking. At a normal hotel this would not be a problem and could be easily rectified. But in Disney it negated all the features of the armband system of reservations, bookings, charging etc. Disney passed us from department to department, no one took responsibility and we lost time better spent on our holiday and money on international calls which had no effect on the outcome. In summary the hotel was staffed with teams of people who were very happy to tell me who I needed to speak to in order to resolve my problems, but none of which actually could or would resolve them or to take responsibility for their resolution. A test of a good, efficient hotel system is how it responds to problems and take responsibility for their resolution – Disney Contemporary and Polynesian failed this test completely. Our holiday experience was marred by these problems in what is supposed to be a high quality, expensive hotel.

Loved my visit to Disney overall! The condition of the hotel room at the Contemporary was interesting. Frayed carpet bulbs in lamps were out. Toaster that was sent to room did not work.
