“great hotel”

Hotel is very clean and convenient to Universal Studios. One of the drawbacks is the shuttle runs 3 times in the morning and 3 times from 6:05-7:05PM back from Universal. Starbucks is located in the hotel as well as a breakfast place. The food court was under renovation., However there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Another drawback is you must pay for parking

Great outlet shopping nearby. Also 15 minute ride to Disney Village. Very convenient to Universal Studios and Island of Adventures.

“not what i expected”

no small refrigerator in room charged to park shower head broken overcharged 10.00 when my husband paid cash to park it was also on my room charge an extra 30.00 that no one can explain why this was there not on my invoice but on my bank account statement. they told me to wait a couple of days to see if it would come off but not what it was for no restaurants open after 10:00 had to go out to eat no ice in room or ice bucket no continental breakfast not pleased

“'Good except for cab service”

“Very close to park ...... but got some surprises.....”

Over all the one night we stayed at hotel wasn't bad. It was really close to Universal, 15 min walk or 5 min drive, room was clean and we didn't get charged fee for extra person and we were able to check in early. BUT what they don't tell you is that you pay a $12 a night parking fee, even if you are a guest. They have guest computer usage but you have to pay with your debit or credit card before you can use it. $3 min. and $1 per page you print. And the shuttle service they offer to park only runs in the morning.

“Double tree :D”

The hotel was very clean. I really liked the friendly staff the warm cookie at check in was nice as well. The only thing about my stay that could have been better was the room could have been a little darker, the curtains were almost see through.

“Nice hotel right near Universal Studios”

This was a great hotel that is located just outside of Universal Studios. I wouldnt say that it is walking distance but the $5 cab ride is worth it. Nice clean rooms and great staff.

“In and out of town quickly”

Hotel Service was exceptional, The restaurant service, food taste and quality are expectation. I recommend this hotel given it's inexpensive room cost and the comfort of the beds.
