“Great place for great price”

We had a blast in Orlando this past week. We stayed at the Double Tree Hotel in downtown Orlando. The warm chocolate chip cookies received at check-in surely hit the spot! What a nice way to welcome us. The rooftop pool was a winner and the view was a nice surprise. Not to mention the Starbucks coffee and treats. Conveniently located in downtown Orlando - it was a quick drive to many great restaurants and shops and only an hour away from New Smyrna Beach. We hope to return soon!

The hotel was very clean and everyone answered our questions regarding where to eat and far away the activites we were looking for were. We loved the chocolate chip cookies when we arrived since we were very hungry. Overall I would definetly stay there again. The bed was very comfortable!

“Wonderful experience. Great Hotel.”

The only thing I did not care for was the parking. You had to park on the street and I had to walk a ways a couple of times. There was a 40 year reunion going on one night, I had to park in their parking garage and was charged for it. That upset me.

“Excellent hotel close to downtown”

Not in the heart of downtown, but very close. Very nice accommodations and friendly staff that worked with several changes in plans with my stay. Prices were competitive to the rest of downtown I felt. The nearby train is a little loud but it didn't really ever bother me. Would highly recommend.

“Orlando visit”

Hotel room was fine but paying $15.00 for parking every day was not.

“No heated pool but the hotel is fancy and clean”

The only think we didn't like was that the pool wasn't heated, therefore we just used the jacuzzi.

“Definitely a great find!”

This was a great find! They gave me everything I asked for - high floor, away from elevator and a view! Staff was beyond friendly and attentive. Everything was super clean and it was only minutes away from the downtown fun. Only negative was the slow elevators during the day and no glasses in the room. But other than that, we were very pleased and I would recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed the pool also. Everything was just overall amazing.

“Excellent Hotel”

I book a room for this hotel because of the conference I was having there. My husband and my 16 month old stayed with me. We enjoyed the stay so much that we decided that we would always book a room there whenever we head to Orlando so that we are not in a rush to head back home to Ormond Beach. There is a huge swimming pool, whirl pool, gym, etc. - something for everyone, adults and children. The restaurant is overpriced though. But, there is Starbucks in the lobby plus, there are a lot of restaurants around. We will definitely be back.
