Housekeeping Issues

Pros: View, service, location and lobby customer service
Cons: Housekeeping needs to be improved in the rooms and fridge and microwave should be a standard item.
Location: 20-30 minutes to Disney world and convenient shopping area not to far from hotel.
This is a older hotel that has a real nice lobby and bar area the room we stayed was a nice size room with two queen beds and good amount of space and employees are attentive and provided good service with a nice view BUT the housekeeping was poor when we got in the room we noticed a unpleasing smell and also noticed bachelor party confetti in the room and the tables and mirrors needed to be cleaned and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. We complained to the front desk and they said they would take care of the issue and provided free breakfast for two days, the next day we didn't notice no improvement to the housekeeping it was the same although the bed was clean and the sheets were clean also. In a nutshell looks like they are letting this hotel go they got rid of the hot tub and the pool area needed to be cleaned there was a lot of leaves and debris on the pool area floor.

Pros: The room, the receiving room. the cafeteria. All its nice.
Cons: The pool surrounding areas.
I am stay from pas to a weeding. It's nice and comfortable.

It's a great experience all the staff are very friendly . The bar tender is excellent , waitress and waiter are really friendly. I will be back , just because of your friendly staff.

Excellent for one night

Staff very friendly, quiet room but design is too basic for my taste. Warm cookie and free downtown shuttle service and free WiFi was a plus. I wished I had a bottle of water in the room though (free of charge) which had become standard in many hotels.

A couple of little changes and it's a great hotel!

Overall the hotel was great. Good location, big rooms, great staff, good amenities etc. There were two things that irked me about the hotel. 1 - House keeping attempted to clean the room at 6pm on Saturday and at 9am on Sunday. The schedule is a mess. We were out all day Saturday and nothing is done to the room then at 6pm when we are getting ready to go out they want to clean the room. Then after getting back late on Saturday night, they wake us up at 9am on Sunday morning. It was frustrating. 2 - There is no countertop in the bathroom or anywhere to hang your towel while in the shower. The bathroom is huge, just seems to be missing some furniture. Overall good stay. Hotel just needs a couple of subtle changes

Check in was quick and easy and they even give you a warm cookie! I was a little disappointed that I wasn't able to get a room with a king bed, but otherwise my stay was great.

Excellent hotel

Pros: The location is great and it was very clean and comfortable.
Location: Close to Disney and Universal. Plenty to do in downtown Orlando and Winterpark was only 10 minutes away.
This is an amazing hotel. It is convenient to downtown Orlando and is only 10 minutes from Universal and 20 minutes from Disney parks. Very clean and comfortable room. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. The 12:00 checkout is great.

Mediocre. Not the worst but by far not the best.

Some staff was very friendly, but the majority were rude / entitled. We were very misinformed about our check in time (waited 6 hours) and transportation services, which resulted in a time and budget inconvienence. Clean and confortable, Fine for adults / a one night stay, but not ideal for a family vacation.

Very accomodating

Pros: The convenience to the Amway Center. Free shuttle. Staff. Very nice breakfast.
Cons: We were content.
Location: We drove in for a concert at the Amway Center and were happy to have the shuttle service there. Taxi back was faster and cheaper than Amway Parking.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating at every level. I'd definitely stay there again on future trips.
