Free on time shuttle to airport. Easy walk to mall

Ok 1 night stay, nice staff. Would do 1 night stay again just for free shuttle and easy shopping.

Great cheap room for a one night stay. The room was clean & the staff friendly. Great location for the Orlando area.

It' wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. It could have had a little fridge to keep drinks cold instead of keep going to vending machine. Also the shower head didn't work great. Hardly any water came out of it. Told the front desk about it and they didn't seem to care much of what I had to say. Also online said the Hotel was at the airport and it was no where near in the airport. The a/c was not great either.

This hotel is reasonably nice for its price.

Cons: The number of the outlets around the desk was not enough. It was incovenient to charge the electrical devices (smart phones etc).
When I asked the free airport transportation at the airport by phone, the person in the hotel suggested me to wait for about 20 minutes. But the car came to the airport after 40 minutes. It took 15 minutes by the car from the airport to the hotel.

Location: on OBT street of prostitutes and drug dealers
Room carpet was dirty. There were no fridge nor microwave, Room was very small.

Pros: I like that I did not have to go out for breakfast
Cons: Taking me to show where room is located
Location: That is the worst part, you have to drive at least 10 mins. To the nearest theme park.
For the price it was good. The bathroom was clean but the towels are worn.

Hotel is good, staff not so much

The hotel concierge was very rude and wearing a filthy (literally brown stains all over) shirt. The room was clean enough and comfortable.

Housekeeping

This hotel was in an okay part of town, but right next to the train tracks. But it wasn't the train that kept us awake. We checked in LATE, and got in bed exhausted at 2:30 am. At 3:00 am, we were woken by a guest's car alarm going off right outside our room for about 10 solid minutes. Back to sleep for a little while. At 8:30, housekeeping starts knocking on the door. "Housekeeping. Housekeeping. Housekeeping." I finally slid out of bed after a solid 2 minutes of this to crack the door and ask her to come back later. "Are you checking out today?" YES! At 11:00!!! The sheets were scratchy, but the water was hot.

Terrible!

I have never experienced a stay like this one. I didn't have high expectations, however, what I got was absolutely terrible. The room was dirty and outdated. There was a one inch opening between the door and the floor. The carpets were stained. The towels were worn. I refused to take off my shoes and slept on top of the sheets. The only good point was when it was time to check out the next morning.
