They had became mold restroom and think with table mold too under on wall mold too not good Blankets yet change bed and not clean nothing else can see anything and wifi not good itself off/on short it weird and tv not clearly no it very old tv fashion channels limited really omg I put star how many put one star sorry other deposit cash next day get back $ that it all that room #{228}!

Not good at all very sketchy, place and the rooms look like they were recently renovated however they put us three different once and they all had black mold in more then one area. Plus and random $10 fee its nit about the 10 bucks but we had paid in full when we booked then another ten for nothing wasn't on any documents or anything then when we left coz of mold they refused to refund the ten.

This property was disgusting. I didn't even shower. The AC didn't have heat and full of mold. The walls were dirty. Bugs dead on vent, tub was disgusting, the grounds were horrible. Pool closed. No park shuttles. Had to be moved for a microwave and was told I was moved to the second floor which is the best . There are room upgrades but superficial. Never again!!!

I chanced upon this inn while desperately trying to find affordable last minute living accommodations with my travel buddy. Let me tell you all, you get what you pay for. The buildings where you stay haven't been painted in years. It's covered in accumulated dust and cobwebs. The wifi is so pathetic that I had to walk out of my room to connect, which made it very difficult for work purposes. We attempted to get a refund and relocate within minutes but because of the long drive from Hollywood to Kissimmee, we missed the check in time and weren't entitled to the full refund. I accept that. But then they tell me they can't even process refunds because I booked through Expedia. After contacting Expedia I was given lip service and Expedia points but surprise, surprise, no refund. I will not be using Expedia for any bookings again and do not recommend quality in unless you're used to living in the trenches. But uhh, they have breakfast which was okay.

No hot water to take showers then fire alarm went off at 1am and woke up the entire hotel, went off for probably 20min apparently because someone up front messed up, roaches and bugs everywhere! Don’t bother……

Simply one look at the room. I would rather of slept in my rental car, and I wasn’t going to ask my wife to sleep there, we turned around and went back to office to cancel. They refused our request for refund. And Expedia tried to get a refund and they were refused as well

I am glad that I only stayed the one night. The smell of mold/mildew was very prominent and disturbing. There were holes and cracks all over the room. This includes the countertop that was patched with silicone. The door itself wouldn’t lock so I was only dependent on top latch.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. It had moldy ceilings and dusty/rusty vents. My daughter broke out in hives within 10 minutes of being in the room. I couldn’t even stay. Still waiting for a manager to call me back about a refund

Advertised theme park shuttle- that is not true. No shuttle service. No theme park shuttle was the least of the issues. The outside area was dirty. Then we went in the room OMG. Non-smoking room was so smoky we called to double check it was non smoking and it was confirmed to be non smoking. Honestly, we would have checked right out but it was 2 am and we did not have a car. So after we put our stuff down, we noticed the smoke detector was dismantled. If threre was a fire there would be no alarms. There was mold in the bathroom. It looked like the room hasnt been cleaned in weeks. As soon as I could book another rooM ad get and uber out we were gone. Waited all day for call from management to get a refund for second nigjt and partial refund for first night and nothiing. No one sbould stay at this hotel. Disgusting death trap. Will be contacting expedia for help getting refund.

Had to take the quickest showers ever , had hot water for like 2 mins and then it goes ice cold . No working outlets on the room , paid a hotel fee supposedly for the cleaning yet there were pee stains on the toilet when I arrived and pubic hairs on the sheets . It was terrible , worst breakfast ever. U mind as well stay in ur car rather than here

Terrible, absolutely terrible. No words can be expressed for this place other than pure disgust. The walls were chipped, everything metal was very rusty, the ceiling in the bathroom leaked water from the toilet, underneath the beds was nothing but years of filth, dirt and garbage mixed with old clothing and the mattresses were stained in various spots. Still waiting on a deposit from the terrible receptionist.

I have never visited such a unmaintained motel. Mold in ceilings and holes in walls. From the outside it’s decent but when you go inside the room it reeks of cigarette and mold. The bed made me itch and the towels were unwashed. I feel sick from my visit and no sleep. Never again.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. Room was dirty. I felt unsafe. I pushed the table and chairs up against the door for protection. There were pills that had been dropped on the floor that I noticed when I moved the table. It was clear they had not vacuumed the floor.

They lied about the Disney transportation. The room was dirty and had hair, black stuff in the floor. There is mold all in the bathroom. They would not give us towels or wash rugs said they don’t have anymore. The pool was so dirty we couldn’t get in. The night staff was very rude. There were homeless and drug head in the parking lot. The floor tile was broken all over the room. I my shocked this place is still open.

the place is a great value for the area. some of the "long stay" tenants were overreaching [sooo much canibis smoke] however friendly and quiet after 10 pm. the staff was EXCEPTIONAL. I mean SOOOOOOO GOOODDDDDD. the towels could use a decade update and the finishings in the room could use some TLC --it was clean but rusty towel rods and very limited lights and outlets were a small challenge. overall avg for the money good deal

HORRIBLE! I have never stayed in such an AWFUL hotel. The front desk is friendly so this is not at all their fault but this property is so clearly neglected. There was black mold in the bathroom, all the pillows were piss yellow, holes in the walls, missing security lock on the door. To top it alll off, we were placed in room that was meant to be conjoining so when at 2AM someone else was checked into the other room and instantly began having sex- we could hear it all. Grass areas around the hotel are full of trash. Walls thin as paper. Never stay here. Save your money.
