“Met our needs, nothing more”

Hotel Desperately needs an update. Did not see housekeeping in three days. Pool area lovely. No sit down restaurants. Happy hour snacks are lame.....potato chips, goldfish and pretzels. Will not be back.

“Great deal- really good find!”

My boyfriend and I took my daughter to Disney World for the first time, and we were overly impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean, and the outdoor area was always kept up well. The room set-up was perfect- my daughter could sleep on the pull out bed and watch cartoons and we still had our privacy in our connected bedroom. The free breakfast buffet was unbelievable, and the manager's reception was a nice amenity too. The front desk staff empathized with our early flight, and were able to let us check in early, and they were so sweet to my daughter. We all liked the pool area, and it was nice to have a free fitness facility- most hotels are now charging for this.

You have to try Charley's steakhouse. We had Angelo as our server and he was absolutely fantastic:)

“"Friendly, Comfort, Economic and Disney close Hotel"”

It was a wonderful experience for all family. The breakfast was the best. This hotel is very close to disney, restaurants, supermarkets and gifts shops. The only thing that they have to improve is the cigarrette odor in the first floor rooms. The other facilities are very good pool, laundry, cleanliness etc. Our next Disney vacations we will choose this hotel.

Super clean, excellent location and espectacular service. Love the breakfast, managers reception. Will definetly staying next year again. Close to restaurants, disney parks and highway

“Very good but not great”

The negatives were that when we first were assigned a room, we had to have it changed as it had a bad odor, the toilet did not flush correctly and it was hard to get the door key to work. The second room was fine. The positives were the staff, which to a person were wonderful. All were polite, evicient and helpful. The facility was clean and typical of other Embassy Suites that we have stayed at. We did notice several people complain about having difficulty with their door keys. Overall it was a good experience.

Area recommendations

We went for a wedding, however the facility is near Disney which obviously makes it very convenient for those traveling with children

Dining

Ate in a nearby upscale restaurant named "Johnny's Hideaway" which we found to be very good. It was just what we were lookig for being just 2 adults. I do not feel it would be particularly suitable for small children.
