Embassy Suites Orlando Airport

Was a quick stop over. Hotel was what I would expect for an Embassy Suites.

Really enjoyed the pool area. The staff drove us to the Starbucks and also picked us up after our dinner because it was raining very bad outside. They were very accommodating.

The hotel was everything it was advertised to be. The room was excellent, the amenities were as promised. The business center allowed us to do some work and check on family while away. The free breakfasts were great, the evening drinks and snacks were always different and enjoyable. The location could not be better! A short drive from Disneyworld and other theme parks. A short drive from everything we needed, shopping, dinning, relaxing. Minutes from the airport and car rental pick up and return locations. All the convenience we needed and more.

Service at the front desk at check-in was exceptional as was the service and quality of food in the breakfast area. Excellent omelets!

Everything was great , with the exception of the housekeeping staff walking in unannounced on my daughter and failing to excuse herself when she realized someone was in the room saying ''don't mind me " and continuing to clean. I did report this to the front desk. The desk apologized and said this should not happen assuring me they would look into this. We over heard other guests making the same complaint .The rest of our experience was vey positive and we would stay there again in the future.

If you want to rest please stay away from this hotel, you are not going to be able to sleep if you have noisy neighbours.

I was very impressed with the Embassy Suites Orlando Airport hotel. My suite comprised separate lounge and bedroom, with connecting passage and bathroom between. Large flatscreen TV and phone in both rooms, plus coffemaker and minifridge (not checked) in lounge, extra washbasin and mirrors in bedroom, working hairdryer in bathroom. Two minor gripes with the room: 1. No extractor fan in bathroom (or at least nothing extracting air), mirror there fogged up unless door left open. 2. Bathroom door was grubby where many hands had grabbed to close it. Needed cleaning (or repaint). Left note for staff, nothing changed. Complimentary breakfast was varied and quite adequate. A line developed only on Saturday, - and they ran out of coffee!! Very responsive staff fixed that immediately, - panic over! Complimentary managers reception on selected nights, free drinks, what's not to like? Great after a long day out.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast! Close to airport.

Big rooms. Fill your rental car before coming to this area. Gas stations in the area are price gouging by almost double the price per gallon anywhere else.

The hotel was lovely - our room was huge - the staff was friendly - the breakfast was yummy!
