Staff nice, beds terrible, hard,,,have two artifical hips, like laying on a board...not much sleep because of pain. No.great phone books???? I asked for a handicapped room ( higher toilet) didn't happen either. Desk wouldn't let me call a cab except for the one they use....rip off....$40, one way. If you fly in, like I did for a wedding, way too far from Disney, 17 to 20 miles. Return cab, my choice from Disney, $30.00 and the cabby said it's a longer drive back. Hotel must get a cut from the cab company to Disney. The dinning room, salad was wilted lettuce. Onion soup was fair. They change the bedding every 3 days, and ask you to reuse the towels and wash cloths. I've stayed at Embassy Suits many times in other cities, great pillow top beds, clean bedding and towels daily. Dinning room food great. This is the worst one I've ever stayed in. Oh yes, no free shuttles to air port or Disney. I was without a car, for this hotel, not a good idea. Limo pick up for the wedding. Nothing really with in walking distance. I was using a cane from a recent hip replacement, even wheel chair help at the airports.

Specifically with regards to your impression of the comfort level of the mattress, we are definitely surprised and disappointed, as we typically only get great comments regarding our beds. Also, it is very unfortunate that the lack of an available phone book, and the inconsistencies with the local taxi rates left you with a negative impression of our commitment to outstanding guest service. On a side note, we would be remiss for failing to mention that our distance from the entrance to Walt Disney World is actually 3.5 miles, as opposed to the 17 to 20 miles that you quoted. Although the title of your review speaks for itself, we are hopeful that you’ll re-consider staying with us again in the future, as we firmly believe that you did not get to enjoy the hotel as it is meant to be experienced.
