Everything was good except that this embassy suite did not have an indoor pool or spa and the breakfast meats and potatoes were in warmers but cold

Perfect spot, excellent food (free, too!)

Posted Jan 7, 2015
Pros: Close to parks, free breakfast (amazing), free happy hour drinks and snacks, clean and quite rooms -very specious, too, very nice looking hotel.
Cons: Indoor pool-maybe but not a must. Because of the Winter Break it was crowded so one day no room service came.
Location: Close to parks, restaurants, outlet mall (not an attractive one), gas stations.
Where can I start?.. The minute we walked in we loved everything about it. Such great Holiday decorations, holiday music, tranquilizing atmosphere, friendly stuff, specious rooms with living room facing towards the hotel interior so no voice can bother you where your bed is. Big table in the room, fridge, coffee machine, nice big bathroom, comfy beds..We arrived at 6 pm and they told us about happy hour. All drinks are free including hard liquor and plenty of healthy snacks! Breakfast starts at 6:30am so we found a chance to enjoy the endless options before we hit the parks. We had dinner there twice and both were so good. Very slow service but very nice food. And the New Year Eve... we saw millions of fireworks at least an hour long! It was a wonderful experience. Universal Studios is 25 mins drive and Magic Kingdom is 20 minutes drive. Parking is free and very close to hotel entrance, plenty of room, too. A Starbucks coffee machine is a plus for coffee lovers. It's for a small fee and at the lobby. Outdoor swimming pool was nice- we saw it but didn't have time to use it. A mini-mart in the hotel has tons of things you might need. A small outlet mall near by but not much nice stuff there. Gas stations, restaurants near by. Traffic lights make the arriving and leaving easy. I will definitely go back to this hotel and can highly recommend it to everybody.

Very nice clean hotel. Convenient location.

Pros: Clean rooms, comfortable beds, breakfast buffet, swimming pool.
Cons: Fine as it is.
Location: Convenient to go to Disney and many restaraunts and stores nearby.
We have stayed here before for family gatherings. The adults like the Managers reception each evening, the kids enjoy the pool, we appreciate the breakfast buffet selection, and the overall comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.

Just what we needed

Posted Jan 2, 2015
Pros: Clean, close to WDW, reasonable price
Cons: Nothing I could see
We arrived late following Epcot close (after midnight). The hotel is close, comfortable, and clean. Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Good suite hotel

Posted Dec 26, 2014
Spacious well equied suite. Breakfast room very noisy and crowded, spoilt by greedy guests taking huge portions of food and then leaving most of it uneaten. One downside - it took three phone calls and two visits to reception to get a hairdryer which was not an acceptable level of service.

Will come back again and again !

It was a marvelous stay at this embassy ! I strongly recommend this hotel for and Orlando stay. Advice : ask to be put on the 4th floor into "Jag's rooms"! She is the the best attendant I've ever seen in my life. Hilton should reward her for all the effort she is making to make your stay memorable.

Kissimmee Hotel

Posted Dec 18, 2014
Pros: The cooked breakfast was excellent but hot items on offer were the same each day, a little variety would be good. The evening reception was also great
Cons: The service in the restaurant was very slow. We had a very long wait for our food, however the quality was excellent
Location: A drive to most places but this is true of many hotels in Orlando
The hotel is in good condition with pleasant staff and very clean. It is close to a number of restaurants and is convenient for getting around the theme parks and outlets etc.

Hotel was in good location.

Pros: The dining room service was very good, as was the food.. Staff was helpful and courteous. Extra sink in bathroom was nice.
Cons: Directions given to us were not clear.
Location: The whole area had many activities which is why we were there.
We were there for only one night. Room was very attractive.

Two day, working vacation in Lake Buena Vista

Posted Nov 17, 2014
This is the second time that we have stayed in this hotel in two months, and the second time was every bit as good as the first. The suite consists of a large bedroom, a large sitting room, wet bar, microwave and refrigerator. Everything was in like new condition and the rooms were very clean and well looked after. Best of all, the walls and entry door kept out any sound from the corridor outside, so it was easy to get good nights sleep.
