Could not be more dangerous for travelers if you tried. #1. No one ever answered the phone or returned my messages #2. The property is so poorly lit you are unable to read which unit is which #3 the back entrance was blocked by debris and there was no floor plan to designate which way to go in an emergency not to mention how dark entrances are an opportunity for assaults & burglary #4 it was obvious the unit hadn’t been cleaned recently because we found someone’s Apple Watch just sitting on a messy bench outside by pool #5 no towels or toilet paper and horrible lighting in downstairs bathroom, # 6 no WiFi, if there was no one told us CUSTOMER SERVICE I saved this for its own focus, upon arrival my brother checked in first. I had called 2 days earlier to put him on the room, no one called back, of course he wasn’t listed, then they needed the cc that paid for room, I sent a photo & was told they can only use a credit not debit card, no where in any of the rules does it say not to pay deposit with debit card, yet they sure wouldn’t check him in, he gave his credit card and he signed for room. When we arrived I wasn’t sure if we were at the right place, this is atownhome community, not hotel. No signs or information. When we went to Epcot, the front desk showed up at 10:00 am threatening to move my mom & service dog to club house & demanded pet fee & late check out with three guards standing by. WTH???
