Great Condo near all Amusement Parks
Posted Jan 17, 2013
We have stayed at this condo two years in a row now and have loved it each time. You can't beat the price for a 3 bedroom condo within a short drive to all the Orlando activities as well as Lego Land. The unit is always clean and it's in very quiet area. It has two pools, a zero entry for little ones and a typical adult pool. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for something that is not in the middle of the chaos.

Pros: Convenience to parks, ticket purchase available on-site, shuttle (I didn't use as I had a vehicle).
Cons: If you have a pool, when you get to your room check the pool and ask to have it serviced, if needed as it could take a day or two to get it done.
Location: All the major parks
We are repeat guests here because we want a home-like feel without the pressure of a timeshare and no resort fee. Some things hadn't changed much from our first visit. We found the accommodations at or above standards--pretty clean (carpet could be shampooed), the private pool was an added bonus, and we each had our own bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. The fully equipped kitchen--full stove, refrigerator and all dishware-- allowed us to cook breakfast and dinner at the house as we decided. The washer and dryer allowed us to take clean clothes home, a must for a me. Positive: The first night my wireless internet didn't work. I called the front desk and they immediately sent someone to resolve the problem. Friendly staff Two pools--one zero degree entry--at the clubhouse Negative: Some things do change--we were invited to an optional fractional purchase (timeshare) presentation. Even though you get breakfast and a "gift" at the end I recommend you skip it unless you are ready to make a purchase that day--started out as low pressure from my salesperson and quickly turned high pressure by management when my answer was "no, thank you". Found out when doing laundry that the cold water was not connected properly (let the front desk know at check-out). Unfortunately it was too late--shrank several clothing items that I'll have to replace now that I'm back home. No full-service restaurant on-site.

Near Disney and Old Towne
Posted Jan 12, 2013
Pros: It is not a hotel it is an apartment.
Cons: Instructions on how to work the spa was our only downfall, but we figured it out.
Location: All four Disney parks, Old Towne Amusement Center, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Water World, Ripley's Museum, Wonder Works Museum, and many more.
We needed to accommodate 4 adults (the parents and 2 children) and the facility was excellent for this need. We enjoyed having our own spa on the back porch. If we were able to stay longer I would have loved to cook in the fully stocked kitchen and taken the opportunity to use the state of the art washer/dryer. The clubhouse is spacious with plenty of activities for the whole family.

Super nice, well cared for home away from home. My family and I loved the accommodations that were private, yet so close to restuarants, grocery, etc.

Great Family Hotel for a Great Price!
Posted Jan 2, 2013
Pros: Spacious rooms and private patio
Cons: Nothing
Location: Located close to Disney attractions, restaurants and shopping.
It's always scary to book online because sometimes you never know what you're going to get. This hotel was beautiful! Everything in the villa was brand new and modern. We had our own jacuzzi, kitchen with all appliances, dining area and enough space for 6-8 people. For that price you can't go wrong. I found our new vacation home! :-)

Excellent Resort
Posted Jan 13, 2013
Pros: Decor...cleanliness...convenience
Cons: hidden fee
Location: Great for Disney Parks
We were very pleased with this resort. The location was perfect in relationship to the Disney Parks. The only concern was the "hidden cost" we encountered. We were not aware of the extra "cleaning fee" ($90) that we had to pay at registration...especially since we only were there for 2 nights. Other than that, we would highly recommend this resort.

Nice place to stay.
Posted Jan 4, 2013
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Pool hours
Location: Central to grocery stores, restaurants, etc...
Our family of 6 (2 children, 2 parents, 2 grandparents) were very comfortable at this location. The 3 bedroom townhouse was clean, spacious and well equipped. Check in time was 4 pm but room wasn't ready until 5:30. That was rather inconvenient. 4 person hot tub at townhouse was very refreshing. Main pool at clubhouse closes as soon as sun goes down so don't plan on swimming in the evenings. That made it difficult to use the pool after a day of Disney and meals.

Beautiful Townhouse Resort
Posted Jan 2, 2013
Pros: The room, grounds, and location.
Location: Beautiful landscaping on the resort grounds and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The theme parks are fairly close by, and very easy to get to.
My boyfriend and I were 100% satisfied with our week-long stay at Encantada. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, and made us feel right at home. The photos don't lie, this place really is gorgeous, and much more affordable than staying at one the theme park resorts. There are shopping and dining options within walking distance, and an even larger selection a short car ride away. Beautiful grounds with a great walking path around the lake.

Spring Break 2013

Pros: The hot tub in the back yard.
Cons: None
Location: Location was great, close to grocery stores, Target and a variety of restaurants.
We we're given a brand new unit, the first to stay in it. Being an end unit, there was no one behind us or on one side, very private. The tv cable box and telephone had not yet been installed yet so the clubhouse gave us free wi-fi to make up for the tv. By day 3 they had installed the cable box. The pool was very warm and the hot tub great. Having our own hot tub in the back yard was great in the evenings. Our stay was wonderful, staff is great and we highly recommend this resort, we would go back there again.
