“Nice Place to Stay in Orlando”

My first stay in Orlando, I was only overnight to catch a flight home the next day. but I definitely will return, for a nice long stay! Two pools were really nice and clean, easy to reach from our room. Facilities were all clean and well appointed, and the staff was friendly and available. The room was basic, nice and very clean. The location was great; nice quiet area around the hotel but near to all the attractions. Close to hundreds of restaurants. Affordable and attractive, I will be back!

I am a front desk manager of a resort in Ormond Beach, Florida. I typically do not go on vacations and stay in hotels/resorts because I tend to sabotage my experience with finickiness. I had a great time. Check-in was easy and flawless, as was checkout. I was never disturbed during my stay. The room was very clean. While some of the room was a bit dated, it did not affect the ambiance or the cleanliness of the unit. There were only two things I found issue with- When I made my reservation with expedia, I was told I had a unit with the balcony over looking the pool. When I arrived to the room, if I strained my neck, I could get a sliver of pool view. My view was of the lake, while pretty was not what I expected. My second complaint that in the evening I went to get 2 pool towels and I was told where they were. When I explained there were not any left, I was told they did not have anymore with no alternative given on what else they could do. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back on the very first chance I get.

We have stayed at the Enclave a number of times previously, I believe this was our 5th time (need I say more?), We have always booked the hotel direct and the rental car separately, but this time we booked through Expedia, and did the hotel+rental car package deal. I ended up saving approximately 40%! I will definitely do it the same way next year, and stay at the Enclave again.

I thought the hotel was great for the price it cost to stay there. The maid service was good, the front desk was nice and friendly and the shuttle service was awesome. The free breakfast wasn't great but not bad enough to ruin our stay there. Their shuttle people was available every time we needed them and the location was great.

“Perfect”

I enjoyed it very much and i've stayed a lot places throughout the year. It was a short walk to Wet N' Wild and shuttles were available also for universal, disney and wet N' wild . They also serve $4.00 buffets every morning and one day there was a free lunch buffet of pizza hut and pasta . i loved it the hotels was well maintained even though they should think about upgrading the look, but it was great !! I'll be back.

“It's like coming home”

After a day of going to the attractions it was nice to comeback to the comfort of our hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not have to go far to find something to eat. Everything was within walking distance from our hotel. I would come back.

“Very comfortable, not too fancy”

This hotel is a great place to stay, especially for a long visit. It has a full kitchen, comfortable living area and dining room. The patio was also very nice. It's not very fancy, some of the furniture is old, the door handles are a little rusty, but overall very well kept up. Even though it was old, the room was very clean. Excellent location. I would definitely stay there again.
