This is the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! You couldn’t walk in the yard without stepping in dog poop. Booked for 5 nights left after 3 without giving me a refund. Breakfast is granola bars. I chose to stay there so I would have a kitchen, oven did not work at all and refrigerator froze everything. For four consecutive days I asked if they could get them fixed or I could change rooms they said no and maintenance would get to it when they could. We did not have a remote for our TV even! When I asked for one the second day they told me they did not have one. I also had hotel staff walk in on us at 10:45 at night, she apologized, but thought that was odd and have NEVER had that happen anywhere before. Front desk staff was nothing but rude. After 3 nights I addressed my concerns with the staff and just asked for a new room and she said I didn’t have to stay there and I could stay somewhere else if I wanted. That’s when I left. DO NOT stay here!!!

Unfortunately, this was a bad experience. There were sugar ants all over the stove and counter. The room was not clean. Dirt and smudges located on almost every wall, light socket, and light switch. The hallway and lobby smelled like weed... smelled like that both days. No bueno.

This is a smoke free property but evidently not. Overall not cared for and you can tell by the way management words the letter they give you that they don’t care.

My door wouldn’t lock unless I was in the room. Alerted staff that I could t lock the door when I was leaving to go to a meeting. Came back hours later and the door was closed but still not locked. That’s not a small thing. Staff was friendly otherwise and the place was clean.

I have never stayed at a dirtier hotel. I could not walk on the carpet in my room because it was sticky. I laid towels down all over the floor. The smell in my hallway was nauseating. There was a single dread in the corner of the elevator for the entire duration of my stay (two dreadful nights). I do not usually complain but this was horrendous and I would not wish spending the night at this hotel on my worst enemy.

Horrible Shelter masquerading as a hotel.
This is not a hotel for a family or tourist. It is a temporary housing for people evicted from their homes masquerading as a hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE if you are visiting Orlando. Sketchy people with noisy animals and dirty rooms. We returned the key and left to go to a real hotel.

I have stayed here before and had a good experience, a year or so down the line the property went far left. Didn't have hot water and the bottom half of the refrigerator didn't get cold i have to put all my perishables in the freezer, the laundry room was a joke they have guest who live there and there kids run Around walking on the breakfast counter, laundry room they leav garments in the washers and dryers for hours now the breakfast is a joke passed by one morning to check it out and i kept walking went eat at Johnny's flap jacks . I can honesty say i extended stay america but that one i will not visit I'll stay a little farther away . The price you guys charged me i could have stayed at the host hotel for about a hundred and fifty more dolars. Sorry about this awful review but again i love extended stay america that property needs fixing.

On 10/28/2023, little after 3:00 pm check in time, The staff offer me to a dirty room that someone previously had and never been clean up. If you can avoid it, do not stay here. As you can see from the photos, the blankets were filthy, the bathroom wasn't clean properly, the floors were sticky and peeling up. We got there and checked in dropped our bags and headed out because we were late for our event, when we got there the room smelled like cigarette smoke so we turned on the AC unit thinking maybe that would help only come back to the room after our event to find the room still smelled and the AC unit was not working and the the carpet in our room had juice stains on it and was sticky to walk on. It was 1am so we decided to deal with it in the morning. Then get told up front they have no one to fix that kind of thing so we would have to change rooms and to come back at noon and our new room would be ready, still no room by noon then we left came back by 2pm still told us the new room wasn't ready. We didn't get our new room until around 4 or 5pm so we dropped off everything in that room which thankfully the AC worked and then we heading to our next event came back and just slept til it was time to check out. Worst experience at a hotel in a very long time. Also the "free breakfast" was horrible it was coffee and granola bars nothing else offered. I will never recommend this hotel again and definitely feel like I was ripped off staying here.

The room where I stayed had old furniture and dirty carpet. The night I checked in I went to bed and I found spiders under the covers. I also saw a big spider on the carpet walking. I was moved to another room the following morning. I had to ask three times to be moved and waited for almost three hours. Nearby there is a liquor store and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. I walked to grab food kind of late at night and felt safe.

I just want to thank the amazing staff . Tey Ms. Marie , Kevin .they truly help get though the tough time . I hope they keep doing the Amazing work and they manger see how lucky to have those amazing workers . As far as the GM she needs to work on her customer service when it come to guest safety and learn how to check on the people the that their . Being fake will never get you anywhere . To run a business that she runs you have to have the heart and understand people story’s .. to know that you have to interact with the people . Wish y’all luck . Give KEVIN that GM position he deserves it .

Maria is great!
One of the housekeepers, Maria, was very sweet and attentive. We didn’t bring our towels down from our room for the pool and she grabbed us some clean ones. Then as we were looking over the breakfast items she asked if we were looking for anything specific that she could get for us. Very kind!
