No Housekeeping or room cleaningPosted Nov 12, 2013
Cons: Daily housekeeping. Better Wi-Fi Better Breakfast
No Housekeeping or room cleaning, for stays that are less than 7 days. The Hotel’s advertised free Wi-Fi was slow and unstable; a faster Wi-Fi is available at cost of an extra fee. Compared with others Hotels of the same category or less, the free breakfast is very limited, poor furnished.

Perfect for our needsPosted Nov 2, 2013
Pros: Location, kitchen, laundry and free parking.
Cons: Daily housekeeping wasn't available unless you were staying for a longer time so we had to make our own beds. The bedding on the sofa bed wasn't great
Location: The hotel was close to SeaWorld, the Outback restaurant and the Premium Outlet shopping.
We wanted to be within walking distance of SeaWorld and to be within a moderate budget. The Extended Stay was perfect. We found the kitchen and laundry facilities very useful too - saving us a fortune for when we moved on to a more expensive hotel for the last part of our holiday.

Great vacation hotel.Posted Sep 28, 2013
Pros: The service of the housekeeper was exceptional.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't the best but alright.
Location: It was close to OCC that I come to annually.
The experience was phenomenal. I encountered a nice welcome from the beginning to the end. The housekeeper was very nice and exceptional. The pool was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone anyday.

Angelo - Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our property. I am glad to hear that you had a great vacation and our hospitality and levels of service met your expectations. We are going to be undergoing renovations in December 2013 and after completion of the renovations, we will be adding additional items to our breakfast bar. This in turn should provide a better breakfast and hopefully meet yours and future guest expectations. Our proximity to the Orange County Convention Center makes us an ideal hotel while attending a convention. We hope to host you again on a future stay.

Worth the pricePosted Jul 19, 2013
Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Fitness Center definitely needs improvement. Breakfast selection needs improvement.
Location: Over highway overpass from Orange County Convention Center. Some restaurants near by.
We were in Orlando for a convention 7/13/2013-7/18/2013. Our stay was worth the price considering the price of other surrounding hotels, but I was misled when I made the reservations though. I was told this hotel was "connected to the convention center by a walkway". That was totally not true. Just outside this hotel was a highway overpass that you walk over to the convention center in the weather for at least a half mile. Luckily we only got caught in the rain once since it rained every day we were there. The "fitness center" only had 3 pieces of equipment and only 2 worked. Those 2 were not calibrated properly and outdated. There was nothing provided to clean or sanitize the machines when finished using. There were no towels available while working out. This issue was important to me because when I am at home I workout every day. The breakfast provided needed much to be desired. The only fruit provided were bananas and very difficult to peel oranges. The bananas were either over ripe or not available as early as 7am. The orange juice was all out two days we were there as early as 7am. There were small children asking for milk, which you did not provide. Overall the room was clean and the kitchen supplies were very clean.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your most recent experience at our hotel. I am delighted to hear that you were pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the property. I would like to apologize for the shortcomings you felt with regard to the fitness center and breakfast. I am going to follow your suggestion and add towels and disinfectant spray to the fitness facility. I would also like to let you know that we will be expanding our breakfast in the beginning of the year to include cereals, milk and additional fruit choices for our guests. I hope you will allow us to host you again on your next visit to Orlando so you can see the strides we make to improve our property.

Worst stay ever!Posted Jul 2, 2013
Pros: It was close to Sea World.
Cons: Replace the mattresses. Provide a realistic continental breakfast.
Location: Sea World Aquatica
The mattress on the queen bed and the pad on the sleeper couch were horrible. Absolutely no support to either one. There was barely any maid service. They replaced the towels. That is all they did, no clean up of the bathroom whatsoever. They didn't even replace the toilet paper in the bathroom. Continental breakfast consisted of bagels, small muffins, juice, and coffee. No tea bags. This was the worst experience with any stay ever!!!

I would like to apologize for the problems you had with your stay. Please know, we will be undergoing renovations in the later part of this year, so the bedding will be addressed at that time. As well, I am going to review our cleaning procedures with the housekeeping staff because you should have received daily service. This service should have included the replenishment of towels and toiletries as well as making the bed and dispensing of the trash. Again, I am truly sorry for the issues you experienced while staying at our hotel. Still, I hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future, especially after we complete our renovations at the hotel.

great location to OCCC, for business.Posted Jun 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
my stay was for business. convenience of the hotel to the OCCC was the best, within walking distance. that is by far, the best feature of this hotel. because it was an extended stay; they only do house keeping 2x a week. it was fine, as they do give you new towels each day. however, they advertise "free" WiFi.... but the fine print states it is capped!! When I mean capped, its like less than dial-up speeds. it is an embarrassment they claim this is "hi-speed". they do offer a paid service which only increases your speed to 2Mbs. Which that was a joke too. no where close to those speeds. Overall hotel was OK. You get what you pay for.

great for the convention centerPosted Jun 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
Either the room I had was a smoking room in the past or a previous guest had smoked in it as there was a slight "stale cigarette" smell to the room , but other than that very satisfied with the room and hotel. We were attending a convention at the OCCC , didn't realize there was a short cut to the convention center for the first day but its a 3-4 minute walk over a bridge to the back entrance of the Convention center. Would stay there again
