Pros: The price is fair and the stuff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: There is some sort of a strange smell in the room which have been reported by others as well. Maybe ventilation is missing or the cleaning material.
Location: Sea World, Disney and Universal Film studios are all very close. Big variety of shopping malls (Florida Mall, Orlando Premium Outlet, Wallmart.
The hotel is located very central, just 15 minutes by car from the Orlando Airport. Walmart as well as restaurants and other shops are right around the corner. The kitchen and the grocery-store in walking distance definitely helps people on low budget to safe a lot of money.

Pros: Lobby was nice. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. The kitchen area was good size.
Location: Across from a mall. Close to International drive and Universal Park.

Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Better breakfast.
Location: It's easy driving distance to all of the major tourist stuff.
Everything was fine, with one exception. The shower head was plugged and didn't work at all. It was replaced the next day. I have no idea how something like that was not noticed by the previous guest.

This was my first time staying at an Extended Stay hotel and I was pleased with the cleaniness of the room, staff was good and professional and overall good experience. The breakfest is not anything to rave about other than the oatmeal (thanks to Quaker Oats). The only thing that caught me off guard (which I did not know until I read the policy card in the room) is, your room will not have a full service clean,with the exception of trash removal if you stay under 8 days(or so)in your room. If you needed towels, toilet paper, soap, etc...you would have to go to the front desk for those items. Other than that, i was pleased with the room and my stay.

Pros: Very clean and near lots of shops and restaurants.
Cons: Room service is every two days and if you want fresh towels you have to exchange at the desk.
Location: See above..
When walking into our room our eyes lit up. We could not believe we got such a huge, fashionable room like this for what we paid. Full kitchen, flat screen TV in a wrap around room. Staff very friendly.

It was a great hotel but the only complain I have is that you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway or the room next to but very good hotel

I booked two rooms through Expedia. Each room was reserved as a one queen bed non-smoking room. When we arrived to check in that room option was all booked so they were able to give me one king suite and one double. However, even after requesting a non-smoking room they were only able to accommodate a smoking room. Bath tubs in both rooms were dirty looking except that's just how they were, not even some Clorox could have fixed that. Pros: A/C worked very well and comfy bed. Cons: we didn't get the room we reserved, rooms were unable to be near each other, they claim to serve free continental breakfast but it is really a grab and go breakfast which consists of juice, coffee, muffins, cereal bar and yogurt.

Instead, we upgraded you to a larger room but smoking when you requested non-smoking. I understand how frustrating that could be. Didn't get the chance to stay. Booked from expedia...it was confirmed with itinerary no. When we got to the hotel we were informed that they are fully booked. No apology. Just want to sent me out right away and told me to call expedia. It was 11:30 pm with 2 kids driving for 2 hours.

I booked a queen bed, nonsmoking room for a weekend vacation with my daughter. Upon arrival, the exterior of the hotel looked very appealing. Once entering, it looked even better. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My daughters first concern was the pool so we headed to check out that area first. The pool was very well kept and clean. Our room was fantastic. It had its own kitchen area along with a small seating area. The bed was extremely comfortable especially the pillows. The bathroom was spacious and clean;well, the overall room was. From reading previous comments/reviews, I did notice previous guest complained about carpet smell and breakfast. The carpets did not smell at all. Actually, once we entered our room we were slapped with a smell of freshness. The breakfast is exactly as they said "grad and go". You have choices from fruits to oatmeal, granola bars, muffins and yogurt. For us, the breakfast was perfect. It was a little something to keep us full untill lunch time at the park. The location of this hotel was another plus. It was about 10 minutes from universal studio and island of adventure and about 20 or less to downtown Disney and the parks which is perfect when you're leaving the theme parks exhausted. Overall this hotel was fantastic and at a great price. I highly recommend.
