Rundown and outdated place. You can smell humidity and cigarette even tough I was in a non-smoking room. The Breakfast was just a ¨grab breakfast¨, small muffins and protein bars with coffee or tea.

I love the service, availability and parking options. And the fact we were at the parks in no time flat. Also, we are foodies so all the best places to eat are also not far whatsoever. Just beware of the people hanging around in the back of the building. There is plenty of parking even if no one was really using the back lot because of the amount of homeless people or people living in their cars having a party or hanging by the trash around there.

I walked in and walked right back out and asked for a full refund because I would not be staying there. The room smelled like bleach and cigarettes and the receptionist was incredibly rude.

The only thing I did not see was the breakfast which is why I picked the hotel. Also it was hair everywhere but overall it was still a great pick and the check in staff was absolutely amazing. I will stay again.

Upon arrival at hotel there was a strong odor of Marijuana and carried threw out the entire building, got to room and the room was not clean it had hair all over bathtub and did not have the right sheets on bed, also carpet was sticky and musty smelling i wouldnt recomend going i sure wont be back at this hotel. The only good from this hotel was Gloria at the front desk she was very kind and helpful.

The only room they had left was a room that smelled so bad of dogs. After driving 2 hours and it was 10pm we didn’t want to try and find another place to stay. So we asked for some type of discount for staying in a room that smelled so badly. I was told that a manager would call me on Monday about getting a room comp. Today is Friday and I still haven’t heard from anyone.

The rooms smelled mike mildew. I believe it was limited to the 3rd floor. My daughter had a room on the 2nd floor and it didnt smell anything like ours. The front desk attendant was amazing though. The first room smelled like someone's year old gym socks. I was reassigned to room #308. It only smelled a little when you first entered. The bathroom light was out. The cook top did not work. Hotel advertised toaster and kitchen utensils were available. They were not. Not enough luggage carts, and the ones that were available were in disrepair.

When we complained about blocked toilet in our room we were made to unblock it ourselves with a pump provided against our detained ID cards. We were promised kitchen utensils only to be told they were not there. Some front office staff were very rude and not helpful at all. Our stay at this facility was terrible and we had to cut short our stay. Can’t recommend this facility to anyone.

Dirty roach infested hotel!!
We arrived and the one person at front desk sent us to a room that was filthy dirty, no shower curtain, no bedsheets, and it smelled terrible. We went back to ask if we could change rooms and found out that room was supposed to be out of commission. We were sent to a different room. As we walked in it too had a musty smell BUT THE WORST PART was that as soon as we turned on the lights 2 roaches ran across the desk!! It was absolutely disgusting! Needles to say we walked out, requested our money back, and at 11:00 pm had to go out to find a new CLEAN hotel for the night. This was BY FAR the dirtiest and worst hotels we’ve ever been at. This place needs to be inspected by the Florida Department of Business and professional regulation - division of hotels and restaurants responsible for proper cleanliness of hotels! This hotel shouldn’t be operating under this circumstances!!!!

This was one of my worst experiences ever. The toilet leaked water out of the o-ring. There was no cover plate on the wall power outlet by the AC unit. The countertops were all chipping away. The lady at the front was not very helpful and borderline rude. Went to get breakfast and they had 3 muffins and some granola bars left at 8:00 AM.
