“Best Staff Ever!!!”

My husband I had the best stay at this hotel. It was within walking distance of Universal Studios and plenty of places to eat. I have never been more impressed with the service and attitude of everyone on the hotel staff. They were the best and we will definately return! Thanks

“Very clean”

Our room was very clean, it even came with pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, just about everything!! The service was excellent, all the employees were very nice and helpful. The water in the pool was freezing!! But Id expect that for the time of year, overall its a great place close to everything, Id definably stay again.

“Over accommondated.. Great hotel experience!”

When we tried to check in at 12:30 our room wasnt ready, so we did some shopping in Orlando. When we tried to check in at 5, we were told our room stil wasnt ready. So they put us in a suite instead of a basic room. It was nice to have a hotel over accomondate me for once, instead of giving me the run around. The staff was super friendly and the room was great!

“Great value for the money”

Me and my boyfriend went to universal studios for the weekend and stayed at this hotel. The rooms were nicer then we expected and it has a FULL kitchen, which is great for saving money on going out to eat. The only Problem we had was the walls are thin and you can hear everything from down the hall however The hotel is a great value for the money and i will be staying again!!!

I usually do not spend much time when I am hotels, but this place really beat my expectations. For the half the price of almost any other hotel around you get a room with a complete kitchen, a work desk and a king bed. I did not go to the theme parks but it is very close to Universal Studios. There is a great Ale House to eat at just a very short walk from there also. Great room for the price would stay there again.

“Very friendly hotel staff”

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I had read some of the reveiws & they were not that good. For the money, the staff was very friendly. the room was clean. I liked the stay very much.

Cozy, convenient and clean. The breakfast was limited! Coffee was good. Would of been nice to have more selection.

All was to be expected. Room was nice, customer service was nice and didn't have any problems. Didn't have the "Wow" factor like the surrounding hotels, but who cares! I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again when I go back to Orlando.
