OK hotel within easy access to Walt Disney World.Posted Feb 21, 2014
Cons: Breakfast is just okay; the concierge was not very helpful, and a gentleman at the desk misinformed us regarding the $25 hotel credit- use it there!
Location: This hotel is conveniently located to restaurants, etc. and only a few minutes driving distance to WDW.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Walt Disney World and recommend Sanaa Restaurant at the Animal Kingdom Lodge for lunch. Animals watched us eat lunch while we watched them in the savannah.

Excellent location, great staff and service!Posted Nov 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great location stayed 4 nights for two adults. Decent breakfast scrabbled eggs, hard boiled, cereal, yogurt, bagels etc. Great service offers concierge for ticket attractions ordered our Disney tickets from them. Outlet mall just down the street. They offer free shuttles to outlet and Disney. Only complaint is they charge for parking.

Average facilitiesPosted Nov 15, 2013
We recently stayed in Fairfield Inn for 3 days on a visit to the Orlando Parks. While the hotel was fairly priced for the locality it is in, the amenities were average. Had two big concerns: the small breakfast room, which was not enough to accommodate all the guests in the breakfast hours; we were made to wait for min. 10 mins with fully laden plates in hand before we could find a breakfast table- and this was the non-peak season! Also the hotel staff was turning a blind eye towards the fact that some guests were reserving two or three tables at a time, while others were foraging around for a table. Plus nothing great to write about the breakfast either. The other issue we had was that the bathroom in my hotel room literally seemed it was carved out of an old closet- outdated and was extremely claustrophobic with very bad ventilation. Plus you dare not look at the shower curtains- grimy to say the least. I have stayed in a few Fairfield inns in other cities which had more facilities than this one. Really disappointing.

Close to Disney and outlet mall.Posted Nov 14, 2013
Pros: Location; desk staff were super friendly; wifi
Cons: Breakfast was too crowded
Location: Close to Disney, restaurants and shopping
The room was a special needs room (for handicapped persons); no bathtub and poor bathroom layout (no vanity). Didn't like this.
