“Best Bed inTown”

The beds at this hotel were excellent. The pillows cradled your head and the mattress seemed to mold itself to my body. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!

Typical Fairfield Inn experience- more expensive than it should have been and the rooms needed some updating but clean and generic. You know what you are going to get with a Fairfield but it's kind of like eating at O"Charleys- never fabulous but not horrible. It was a busy weekend in Orlando because of UCF Graduation and I needed 5 rooms and they had them. They only screwed up my ex-husband's room :) but they upgraded him to a suite :(. Not a lot of amenities but eveything was working.

“Close to airport but needs TLC for better experience”

We were staying a front/back end of cruise out of Port Canaveral so we had 2 experiences 1 week apart. Pick up service to the hotel from airport was very slow. Stay 1: Upon arrival check-in was quick and professional. Room was mostly clean and tidy. However the air conditioner/heater unit was very noisy and did not work in a mid-range. Meaning it was either too hot or too cold. Bed was in need of replacement (roll to middle), all linens were very low quality. Especially the towels. Very small, scratchy and thin. Stay 2: Again pick up was very slow, check in quick and professional (same person at desk). And once again the air conditioner/heater unit was very noisy. So loud that in order to speak on phone we had to turn it off or go into the bath. Television in this room was very old, picture so washed out that several channels were totally unwatchable. Volume on TV was so bad that it needed to be turned up completely to hear. Bed and linen issue was same as the first room. Given what we saw in the area, should we return to Orlando for cruise or other attractions, we would choose one of the other many hotels in the immediate vicinity.

Excellent service. Traveling to meet family at hotel. Some flying in, some driving in. Everyone was able to check in at different times. Good service to and from the airport. Only negative thing is they need a disclosure that at check in, the credit card used for incidentals is actually hit for $20 for each room. The amount is automatically released on checkout with no incidentials but this takes three days to clear.

“Only stay there if you must get to the Airport early”

I was almost immediately disappointed as I pulled up to the hotel as I could see a much newer, more impressive Marriott right next door. I arrived a couple of hours before the normal check-in time & the staff who didn't speak great english were a bit flustered. I ended up using the complimentary internet facility (a pleasant surprise - provided for guests use for 20 minutes at a time) to print my boarding passes, whilst I waited for my room. The king bed was really comfortable, but there was a street light right outside my room which I couldn't block completely by adjusting the curtain provided. Not what you need when you have to get a good nights sleep. I picked this hotel because of its location & its advertised "complimentary free FULL BREAKFAST" I was very disappointed with the breakfast. Whilst there seemed to be a large variety of food including juice, yoghurt, fruit, waffles, boiled eggs, cereals etc the danish's & croissants were stale & inedible. However on arrival the hotel gave me a voucher to a local restaurant for a "free appetiser" with the purchase of an entree & this proved to be a great dinner option. There was not much to do around the hotel if you are not into fast food, so not a great place to spend your last night with the kids after they have spent time visiting the fun parks. It would be a bit of a let down. Also the pool was closed for the season despite it being 70 degrees plus. Very disappointing.

“Hotel was just fine, BUt they change our room and never told us.”

We had a late reservation coming in at 11:30 PM. WE checked in and our room was given to some other party. We requested two beds but only got one with a small pull out couch. One of our party members had to sleep on the floor. WOuld you want to spend money and end up sleeping on the floor? The sad thing was I asked for a discount on the room , and the hotel said NO. So the choice was to sleep on the floor or find another place at 12 midnight. Thanks

“Very average”

This hotel was very convenient to the airport and a great place for a one night stopover, but I wouldn't have stayed there for any length of time. The room was comfortable, but the fan on the air conditioner ran all night and the deodorizer they used in the room left a strong floral smell that was forever present. The bed was quite comfortable and the continental breakfast was average.
