Pros: The beds were pretty comfortable.
Cons: The hotel needs serious upgrades and better service.......
Upon entrance to our room, the noticed right away the windows were leaking as it had been raining, and there was water puddled inside the windows. so we called the front desk and they sent someone up right away, and they put towels down on top of the water and just left them. The hotel needs serious improvements. Also after we left at 6:30 a.m.., we noticed right away my daughter left her pillow in the room (some sort of pillow that lights up), so we called the hotel to ask them to retrieve it, and the front desk employee said there was no housekeeping there and that whenn they came in, they'd check and let us know if they found it. They never called me back. I had to call them back, and they told me at that time there was no such pillow in the room. We had to call back at least a few more times before finally they said they did find it.

I expected more for the price. The carpet throughout the hotel was very worn out and needs to be replaced. The wall paper was old. The entire hotel needs updating. Front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was okay, but not great.

This is a business/handy-to-Airport Hotel - there are no 'attractions' close by and a car is really a must. There is a rack in the lobby with tourist stuff but nothing in the room at all. The towels were clean but thin and perhaps about due for replacement. Beds & pillows very comfortable. Microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker in-room. Last item wouldn't work, dug behind it to find it unplugged.........

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE HOTEL IN GENERAL, THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS FINDING SOMEWHERE TO PARK MY TRUCK WITH MY TRAILER ATTACHED. VERY MINIMAL PARKING BUT OVERALL THIS HOTEL WAS A 9 OUT OF 10 IN MY BOOK. WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN.

The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. Kudos to Tatiana at the front desk who addressed several customers simultaneously including myself with professionalism and courtesy.
