Great place for children.Posted Feb 24, 2015
This hotel resort was a surprise. The rooms were roomy and clean. The tile floor was a little dirty but I can see how that would be hard to keep perfectly clean all the time. The water area was amazing for children and adults with children. So much fun. Perfect size to let your kids have an amazing time. This is a perfect place for family's with young children! Can't wait to come back. My kid is 16 mo and the solace pad was perfect for him while my sisters kids are 5 and 2.5 and they loved the lazy river. Oh and it's was heated witch was perfect cause it was a chilly 68 degrees when we were there!

Nice & comfortable family hotelPosted Feb 22, 2015
The kids enjoyed the Waterpark and lazy river. The heated pool was also nice. We slept comfortably and had a kitchenette in our room. We liked the game room too. Overall, a good choice for us!

It was a little noisy. The parking lot was flooded. Instead of replacing the towels I used, they just took them?

Good for kids.Posted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: Water park
Cons: Paint facilities, faster computers in business center.
Location: About every chain restaurant imaginable just down the road.
Family friendly with a nice water park and pool for the kids, plus movie nights and other fun activities. Our room was clean but the wardrobe smelled funny so we didn't use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were a little run down at places and the computers in the business center were very, very slow. Overall, this is a fun place to bring the family, and it was great to take a "day off" and have the kids swim and play while we just sat in the hot tub after walking all day at LegoLand. If I didn't have children, I would not stay at this hotel, but it is great for families.

Good for the price!Posted Feb 17, 2015
The hotel was nice, they played a movie on an inflatable screen out by the pool. The laundry machines are expensive, $2 per wash/per dry. The resort fee does not include the Waterpark, thats an additional $8/pp,pd.

Great room and facilities for the pricePosted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Water park was well staffed and the kids loved the lazy river.
Location: Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Approx 20 mins to Disney.
Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and eager to please. The water park had a small fee which was reasonable. One disappointing thing was that the hot tub was located in the water park which closed at 6:00 every day.

Time for an exterior makeoverPosted Feb 16, 2015
Pros: Clean pool and waterpark area.
Cons: a coat of paint
Location: Nothing really to tell, walmart close by.
Like any vacation destination, its difficult to tell what the property looks like looking at picture on a travel web site. That being said, our party of 7 checked in at about 1am on Wed. Feb 11. Went to breakfast later that morning and had horrible service. Took an hour to eat and 2 people in our party didnt receive there meal. We complained to Mgr and was givin a voucher for Saturdays buffet. We thought great, but got cold food and poor service at buffet. This hotel has a poor location, right off the Florida turnpike so $1.50 toll coming back from activities. Hwy 192 was an option, but traffic was heavy. I'm sure this resort was prime in its day, but its time for a makeover. Chipping paint everywhere, old towels, etc. I know resort fees are common now, but then had to pay to use waterpark also seemed excessive.

Hotel Mgmt. is Hording Toilet Paper from Staff !Posted Feb 13, 2015
Pros: Definitely wasn't the Lack of Toilet Paper and Management Control of Paying Customer's Hygiene & Needs !!!
Cons: Fire the Toilet Paper Police and What Idiots!!!
Location: Never Again!
Previously I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, yet this time after staying the first of two nights and leaving a $ 5 .00 tip for the daily room cleaning staff, I found myself without any Toilet Paper. I immediately inquired what seem's to be to problem to the cleaning staff and was told the Hotel Management was Controlling the Toilet Paper! There was No Toilet Paper on any of the room cleaning carts and if someone wanted Toilet Paper, They needed to call Hotel Management and then Go Retrieve Any & All Customer NeededToilet Paper from the Laundry Room Attendant. This is Completely Unacceptable and Totally Ridiculous! They've got the Wrong Resort Name, Not Flamingo Water Park, it Really should be Flamingo Control Freak Park! Never Again for Sure ! Don't Do it, You May Not Be Granted Toilet Paper Rights, even if Your a Paying Customer! A Very Disappointed Customer!
