Family vacation

Pros: Prices are good, water park is fun, food is really good.
Cons: there was a slight smell in the room, like cleaning supplies.
This hotel is great if you have kids. Great price for what is included. Took a 5 and 6 year old to spend the weekend for a birthday, rented a cabana for the day, fantastic trip. Love the breakfast buffet too, great prices for great food.

Pros: Nice pool area but unfortunately loud music at the pool the whole day.
Location: Some nice golf courses in vicinity
I would not want to book a long vacation at this place but to stay overnight for one or 2 nights is ok.

Pros: The pool
Cons: the ice-maker (outside in the hallway)
Location: it is a little distant
I enjoy my stay at the hotel, but if you make the reservation through Expedia, you have to pay at the hotel if you want to use the pool. I did not know that when I make the reservation, as consequence I have to pay in the hotel for any member of the family in order to use the pool.

Water park would be ok if it was included in stay , but to pay extra for it no way, doesn't compare to coco key at all.

Bad customer relations

First room toilet was clogged could not send someone to fix it. So asked to switch rooms ( which they didn't offer). Put us in a new room and the tub was dirty but it was late so we didn't want to move again. Cleaned the tub ourselves, but it drained very slowly so we were standing in crud. We purchased a plunger at Walgreens to fix it. All worked good after that. They said they could only refund what we had paid there and not what we paid to Expedia which were the resort fees ($12). It was not a $99 a night hotel. 👎

Florida wanted a day away

Horrible horrible horrible when it comes to customer service. Checked in...she gave a king bed...i said I'm here with my sister i wanted 2 queens. She claimed they were sold out till i said well i need 2 beds and instantly found one....coincidence? My sis left her bathing suit in room and we have called at least 8 times and still unable to get hotel staff to give us straight answer if they have it or not in lost and found. Room convenient but old and dirty. Sheet and top decorative cover, no blankets. No wash cloths. Waterpark....yeah right. 3 tiny slides and a shallow lazy river too skinny to fit the tunes more than single row. Will not re visit.
