“Going back”

The hotel is in great location. You have restaurants, golf, shops, and more. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and there is every thing you need in your unit. It really is like a luxury condo. The only thing was the carpets were visiblily dirty. Other than that it's a great place to be. It's close to all the Walt Disney parks and not too far from Universal Studios. The 2 outlet malls are a must.

“Nice but some repairs needed”

It was a very nice condo. However, there are some repairs that are needed but nothing major. The oven door would not stay closed, one of the closet doors was off of the hinges, the patio furniture was broken. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone in our party. Another thing is the pool area is very small and has very limited hours.

“Spacious living”

Spacious apartment; close to all amenities, and a short drive to Disney World. The International Marketplace is a grocery store that is very close (two to five minute walk), and if you prefer, you can drive to the Target Supercentre 5 minutes away. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance or a very short drive. We arrived at night, and the office was closed. Apparently ther was a procedure for obtaining your keys and stay information froma lockbox. I must have missed that info in the emailed information. Fortunately, someone else showed up at the same time, and I was able to get my envelope from the lockbox. Once the office was opened the next day, dealings with the staff was pleasurable.

The whole family was impressed the hotel actually look like the picture on the webpage.Minor complaint not enough towels in the room.Group of 6 only had 2 washcloths and 5 drying towels other than that it was a wonderful stay.

“Would book again in a second”

I looked for hours for a place to stay for my family vacation and had several narrowed down. I used this site as well as many others to read other travelers reviews and finally picked this one. I was very nervous since you don't know exactly what your getting and 9 days in a bad place would've ruined our vacation. I was THRILLED when I walked in, all tile floors so nothing to worry about with carpets, it was very clean, decorated very nicely and had tons of room. We had the 3 br 2 ba, upstairs. It was perfect in every way and we were there over the week of Thanksgiving and a little after and there was hardly anyone else there, no noise, everytime we went to use the pool or hot tub we were the only ones. Everything worked great, the grocery store is a 2 minute walk so we got a small bottle of laundry detergent some extra tp, dishwashing soap along with our food and we were set. We ate breakfast in the condo every day, lunch at the parks and sometimes dinner at the condo. The back deck is netted and we had a view of a swampy area that was very pretty with hawks and other birds nested in. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place, can't vouch for all the condos but ours was awesome.

This is the perfect place to stay. The location is perfect. You can walk to the Winn Dixie and alot of restaurants. Its also walking distance from a mini golf and some souvenir stops. Its off one of the main roads and really close to Disneyworld. If you are looking for a place that you are left alone and feels like home this is the place. Others said that they did not get enough towels or the beds were not comfy, but we had no problems. I would be happy to go back and visit again.

“perfect place near most attractions”

This place was by far the best place i have ever stayed at. there were three bedrooms and even a garage for the car. the washer/dryer came in handy too!!! It was literally 5-10 minutes from the disney parks. traffic was not that bad. i luved it!!! the only flaw was that there was only one tv in the place with no cable. the pool was big and clean even the game room was nice!! go there u will not be dissappointed

“Good for the price”

Good place to stay if you want something that feels like home in that it has a garage, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. It is more like a timeshare rather than a hotel. However, checkout procedures required you to put dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher but detergent was not provided. You were to strip the bed and leave the dirty sheets in front of the washer but were also asked to leave a clean set of sheets per room (again no laundry soap provided). There were clean towels when we arrived but there were not hand towels or wash clothes. When I told the Florida Magic Vacations about all of this during checkout, they said everyone was stealing the wash clothes and hand towelso they no longer provided those and that you are to provide all of your own soap. Not sure why they collected an additional $25 fee from me when all they did was hand me a key. Overall the place is nice as long as you are prepared for prividing your own towels and soap for the trip.
