Located on International Drive, Floridays Resort Lake Buena Vista is central to many Orlando theme parks. The hotel provides complimentary scheduled shuttle service daily to Walt Disney World® Resort, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, included in the resort fee. This Mediterranean-style Orlando resort has two separate pool areas and is lushly landscaped with palms and three ponds.

The main pool complex sits adjacent to the welcome center and features a fountain, water jet, and wading area for small children. Poolside misic and games for kids is offered seasonally on weekends. An expansive patio with poolside bar and grill overlooks a large pool, with a real sand beach.

At this Orlando resort, the main outdoor pool is surrounded by lush palm trees and features a fountain, water-jet playscape, and wading area for small children. This area also contains an expansive patio for lounging and a sand-filled beach for sun and fun. A second pool complex, which is more secluded and offers additional sunbathing areas, is popular with lap swimmers. An on-site fitness center is equipped with treadmills, elliptical trainers, strength-training machines, and two plasma-screen TVs. The welcome center includes a game room.

“Very nice, would stay there again!”

I really liked Floridays. The locations is minutes away from most attractions. The pool and spa areas are also very nice and well maintained. When I returne to Orlando, I will stay at Floridays again.

“Wouldn't go anyplace else for WDW.”

Can't beat this place. Everything included in the kitchen of a two bedroom suite. Service was great, everyone giving kind attention. Ask for a coffee machine to replace theirs if you bring your own coffee. A packet coffee maker comes with the room.

“good value”

Nice large suite, jacuzzi in one of the two bathrooms. One bathroom was very large. Balcony, full kitchen with full size stove, microwave refrig and dishwasher. LCD tv's [three]. pillows on bed were much too thick. Nice place to stay w/o having to eat out all the time. To say they offer a complimentary shuttle is misleading. The shuttle is only for seaworld and disney. Airport transfer [quite costly] is on you. Also, the daily room charge of 12 bucks, negates the value of the shuttle, anyway. Nonetheless, for the money, good digs. I would use again, which is my true test of a place's appeal. Also had a very nice pool.

“conflicted feelings”

The hotel has a wonderful concept; the two bedrooms (we are a family of five), the washer and dryer (for longer stays), the complete kitchen (convenient for larger families, as ours). The outside of the property is very nicely kept. The staff is helpful and attentive. Concierge was spot on. A fuse blew out of half the room, and the maintenance person came in 5 minutes. The shuttle was always on time and the driver was cheery and courteous. The only problem that I had was that the room seemed old and moldy. Everything felt a little worn out, and it didn't help that the maid service was not complete -just towels, bed service and trash. Don't know about the rest of the rooms but ours needed some new carpet and a serious scrubbing of the comforters . It was the type of place where you want to leave your socks on.

“Good value- spacious rooms”

Property has 5 blocks of condos . Was in F block. Quiet. Pros- convenient location- 15 mts to Disney, universal sea world and shopping Spacious condo - 2 BR - nicely equipped, decor decent, clean rooms and BAth room.laundry. Property has a cafe, shop,outdoor grill restaurant, arcade, fitness Cons - parking was difficult 1st day - friday- had to park 4 mts walk away, got better after the weekend. To go to pool , had to drive or walk 5 mts. House keeping - only for changing towels, making bed(no change of sheets) and taking out trash. Other cleaning for extra cash Did not provide coffee pods for the keurig coffee maker everyday( only for day 1)

“Great Choice for Family Vacation”

Hotel room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Main pool area with sprinklers, watersproots to entertain young and old. The only thing about the shallow end of the pool is it deepens a bit unpredictably. The onsite Starbucks coffee shop is a large plus. Very near by exellent grocery store and the Orlando Premium outlet mall, close to both Disney World and Sea World. Something for all family members close by.

“Orlando's best hotel”

We loved the hotel, the staff was great and the rooms were more than i had hoped for. Took my grandaughter, son and wife and we loved the hotel and the pools. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one who goes to orlando.

Dining

The food in orlando is very expensive if you are eating out. We went to the supermarket there and bought picnic food and had a picnic at the poolside. Buy your water at the store and freeze it the night before you go to disney. Then you can bring it with you and it stays cold. The water is expensive at disney. Eat outside of the park. We found the food in the park was not up to what we would eat.

“Our new favorite”

Amazing staff, beautiful spacious room, gorgeous grounds and pool. We will never go anywhere else in Orlando. Near all attractions and shopping.
