“Totally satisfied, waiting for my next vixit.”
From the moment we aeeived,'til the moment we left, the service was "Excellent". The view from our room in the 12th floor was spectacular, especially at night.the service at the restaurant was very good, and the personel was very friendly, not to mention that the food was very good. The desing of the building was very "unique" which made it hard for even a fist timer hard to get lost.
“Excellent budget hotel for vacation”
I have travelled many times and stayed almost chain hotel, but this little hotel is one of our favorite. -The room was very clean, nice and good smell. - Great location on I-Drive, just minutes away from Red Lobster, 7Eleven, Denny's, IHOP, Sweet Tomatoes and the Trolley stops for both red & green lines, almost bus line to Downtown, shopping, airport and many more… - Very helpful, nice, police and accomodating staff with excellent suggestions for your needs. A fantastic place to stay in Orlando, Nothing to be disappointed! - We definitely recommend this hotel. We will tell our friends, family, travel agent to recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Orlando. Keep up the good work my friends!! - We hope to return next year (Hop and wife)
“Very respectable hotel that offers a lot”
This hotel has just about everything the middle tier Disney hotels have to offer albeit on a smaller scale. It is cleaner in my opinion and well worth the money. I didn't get to try out any of the ammenities but they all looked promising. I plan to stay here again soon.
“I will recommendent to my friends and family.”
Very convenient located. Friendly and attentive staff. The room allways refreshing and clean. We love the bottle of water in the room each time we came from a long day of waking. Good choice in a hotel experience.
“Pleasantly surprised!”
I enjoyed a 3 night stayhere at the Sheraton Four Points. Always greeted when I walked through the front entrance. Very close to Attractions, restaurants. Pool was decent, good for a quick dip. The only issue I had and it was a minor one, was that my room didn't get cleaned til around 4pm, one of my day's I got back early and wanted to take a quick nap, but had to wait for my room to get cleaned. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.
“Best Hotel Ive stayed in!”
This was my best hotel stay so far! I loved how clean the hotel smelled each time we walked into the lobby. Our room needed one of the three sets of blinds fixed of which we made a note, but there are three sets and so the other two took care of the light. Each room has its own thermostat and AC. I didn't noticed this until the next day when we left and couldn't figure out how to turn the air down! (They should make a note on the AC unit!) The beds were SO comfortable. There was one feather pillow on each bed including the 3 normal pillows, I don't know if this was a mistake but it sure made us comfortable as well as ALL the extra pillows. I loved it. We also ordered room service for the first time.. breakfast. The prices were decent and the food was really good. It was nice to have breakfast in bed and the Lady that brought it to us was very sweet and smiled a lot and very friendly! We didn't make it to the pool area as it was closed because of a storm but it looked very nice and true to the pictures. They had a game room and a very nice lobby. They also have comfortable chairs near the elevators for you as you wait! Lots of places to walk to nearby, Wet & Wild was right across the street, many food choices close by. I would stay here again!!
“Solid hotel, with an icky drawback”
I've been very happy with the hotel for price, location, etc, but there is one issue that has me concerned. Bugs. We've found beetles, a very feisty cockroach, and several mosquitoes in the room. Other than the bugs it's pretty darn clean, but that does spook a person.
“nice place”
Hotel staff and facilities are nice. I was traveling on business and was disappointed when they charged me to receive a package. Very convenient to food, shopping and interstate 4.
“Overall a good hotel with great location to universal studio and good value”
Everything was good at the hotel, the staffs were definitely friendly and helpful. And the location was great since we were visiting Universal Studio and then doing some outlet shopping. Only complaint was that the air conditioner in the room was really loud, although after the 1st night, we did get use to it.
“Ehhh....only if you want convenience and a comfortable bed---you can truly find better!”
The ONE nice thing I have to admit about this hotel (besides being convenient in location--short distance to Universal, across the street from a 7-11, and a few buildings away from an I-Hop), is that the bed--esp. pillows, were extremely comfortable. As for the negative comments: Our alarm did not work (which we had wanted to use to wake up early for the shuttle to Universal), we were missing one of the blackout shades on our window (there are supposed to be 3 types of shades to control the light entering our room--from outside we saw pretty much each room had them, except ours. So we had to deal with bright light), the woman that worked at the Universal booth in the lobby was rude and not helpful at all. When we first got our shuttle ticket, we walked out front and waited a few minutes...until a worker who was out front asked us if we needed help. When we told him we were waiting for the shuttle, he said that the shuttle pick-ups were in the back (we would have missed it if it weren't for him). Also, one of the days we planned on swimming in the pool when we got back from Universal mid-afternoon. We really looked forward to swimming; however, when we sat at the edge of the deep end of the pool, all we saw was nasty debris floating around. So, we couldn't swim at all b/c of that. When we checked out, we also weren't told that we had to wait in the back of the hotel to get picked up by the airport transportation. We waited out front & luckily our driver found us.
