We usually stay at Disneys property every-time we visit Orlando but four season is something else. Service is top notch anywhere you go in the resort. Great amenities and activities for the family. Definitely coming back again

Our six year old daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday at Disney world. I mentioned this to the concierge when I set up our stay. We were greeted with a birthday cupcake which is her favorite dessert. The staff was amazing and I have to give a special thanks to Kevin and Chef Malyna for making our daughter's birthday dinner a magical evening.

Everything about our stay was top notch. The staff is so friendly and attentive and every interaction with them was pleasant and added so much value to our stay. Our room was lovely, clean, and the bed was so comfortable, I miss it! The dining experience at Ravello was fantastic, if you have kids, the character breakfast is a must, better than any other at Disney and the food was well prepared and of excellent quality. The pools are amazing and you really don’t need to leave the resort to enjoy yourself. A luxurious treat, we will be back!

Once again 4S Orlando made our time memorable. Everything was great. The only area of improvement is the pool service. We had to look for attendants and request towels for the chairs, and also had to stay alert to catch an attendant to order from the bar. This happened at the lazy river, main pool and adult-only pool during our stay. In the past, attendants were proactive and anticipated our needs. On the positive side, kudos to the SPA team, we had a remarkable time during our sessions and the team supporting the FS app chat and Whatsapp, their prompt responses made our stay very smooth.

The property has a lot of ameneties and is beutiful in general, the pool is great, the food is pretty good, best margaritas in town, staff is always willing to help. Small complaints was the bathroom floor towel had holes (only on the first day). Maybe i expected a little bit more from the Spa for the princess experience.

Made our vacation wonderful….had a red eye flight and got to property early…staff did their best to accommodate. Had a late flight back home…again, staff was very accommodating! This is the best four seasons my wife and I have ever stayed. In the years since the hotel has opened, we have been blessed to stay a few times…we have never been disappointed and will continue to return to four seasons Orlando in the future…already looking forward to our next visit.

Should check folio when checking out. The spa team at the resort provided me with a fake receipt to charge me for a product which I did not buy. I did not even visit the spa. The receipt was made with my personal information and forged. It is under investigation now. Be careful, your information is being used without consent and leaked.
