The hotel is huge and be prepared to do a lot of walking. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. The food was a expensive but most food at hotels in Orlando is expensive.

The staff was very helpful. I needed to upgrade our room and the staff was very prompt and attentive.

We vacation in Florida at least once a year and always stay in a 4-5 star facility. This was our first time staying at one of the Gaylord hotels and let me tell you, it was worth the trip. The Atrium view was the best. This is an elegant, cozy hotel where you can truly get some R and R. This is a 4-5 star hotel so you pay for what you get. Overall, I would say it was worth every dollar spent. Thanks Expedia for making my reservations and booking a smooth one. I recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again in the near future.

Just loved it here. Got a great upgrade to a suite and had a wonderful meal at the steak house. Staff was friendly and helpful.

“Worth every penny”

This spa hotel is great for relaxation and business. The meeting halls are located away from the rest of the hotel while still in the same building, so sleeping is very quite. The courtyard is huge and very beautiful. There are real live alligators in one of the indoor ponds. The rooms very extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The service was Johny on the spot and they were very helpful. To top it all off, they have a shuttle bus to Disney World, which is only about a half a mile away. I highly recommend this hotel.

We got there later in the evening and the hotel was full. Our room wasn't ready so they upgraded our family for free. The room was awesome and the service was great. The front desk personel and the concierge staff were always pleasant and helpful. The atrium and pool areas were great. The kids loved the alligators and turtles. Plenty of resturants and stuff to do very close by. Even if you didn't want to see Disney or Universal, you could spend your time at the resort and be happy. Resturants were a little steep but that is to be expected. If we go to Orlando again, I will stay here.

Hotel was an excellent adventure! We had our own excursion within the hotel itself. Each part of the hotel has it's own theme with the rooms to match it. Beautiful avery to spend time with the family and great spots to take pictures. It really feels like you go to 4-5 different places at once. The staff members are nice at the hotel. I have never been treated like royaltybefore. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who is looking for a quick or long get away.
