The resort is located on the 450-acre Little Lake Bryan, and rentals are available for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boating, water skiing, and fishing. Other on-site recreation options include a freeform outdoor pool, children's pool with water fountain, spa tub, video arcade, and playground. Overlooking the pool, the resort's fitness center provides cardiovascular equipment. Guests can play tennis, basketball, or shuffleboard on a sport court, and sand volleyball is available lakeside.

Two miles from the resort, Falcon's Fire Golf Club has an 18-hole, par 72 course designed by Rees Jones, a driving range, golf school, clubhouse, and pro shop.

“Grand Beach convenient and reasonably priced”

Very Comfortable unit for 6 people. The staff was willing to help when asked to supply additional necessities. The computer in the lobby was very slow and I needed assistance from the staff to print out our boarding passes. The game room was closed during our stay because of water damage prior to our arrival.

“Diamond experience”

This was our first stay in a Diamond resort. The room was great! Clean. Screened in porch, private jaccuzi tubs. The swim pool was heated; the hot tub even hotter. We didn't do the other activities provided, but there were several. I would stay here again and would recommend it for its proximity to theme parks yet not nearly the price of the theme park accommodations. The only down side is that they try to get you to make an appointment to listen to a sales pitch to buy a condo share... but we didn't have time, and not the interest in buying, so that worked out for us, too.

“"great for the price"”

Great rooms, great lake view, all the kitchen ware you need to eat in but not a lot of channels on television. AC was cool put in on the lowest setting but just got cool didn't spend lot of time was out of the room until late evening, still good for a 3bedroom price

“Would love to go back”

Was extremely impressed with the resort and services. There were plenty of family activities offered which was great because we traveled with 6 children. The room, surroundings and overall experience was great. The only thing missing from a resort perspective is that they did not have an onsite bar, food services or spa services. That would have made our stay complete though it was simply wonderful without those few items.

We loved being off of lake bryan in orlando as we were close to restaurants and all the amusement parks. Could not have chosen a better location

There is so much to do and if you do not plan your vacation well, you may miss out on a lot of great activites. There are several outlets, restaurants, amusement parks and more! Simply plan well and enjoy as much as you can, it is truly an awesome place to visit.

“Not the best vacation”

The air conditioner outside was making loud noises. Those of us not napping walked to the office to report it. The maintenance people called twice and knocked once making sure all were awake. That night, the air in the unit wasn't working at all. Guess we know which one got turned off! The next day we reported the broken air conditioner again. This time they fixed it some, but it never go really cool. I'd hate to see the unit in August. We could hear people walking above us. Also, we agreed to 90 minute sales pitch for the timeshare. After 2 hours and several insults because we didn't want to buy, we finally left. The internet was not free and even my Verizon aircard wouldn't work in the unit. Who doesn't have free internet these days? The overall facilities were pretty nice but the maintenance and sales pitch have left a bad impression on me.

“Great place”

“Grand Beach Stay”

This is the second time we have stayed @ Grand Beach. As members of the Diamond Resorts Timeshare we had booked a week in a 3 BR for 6 of us. My husband and I arrived the night before our official "week" started and had reserved a 1 BR for the night. Although check-out is @ 10am and check-in is not until 4pm they made it possible for us to move directly to the 3 BR in the morning. What a difference that made. The staff was very accomodating and went out of their way to make our stay special. We will certainly return often.
