Too badPosted Apr 17, 2015
We were signed for 90 minutes orientation without any further information n clarification they took our signature at the desk; we were told it's just for 10 minutes to discuss about the vacation spot (where to visit n things to know about Orlando,FL & to get a discounted tickets) so we assumed accordingly but at the orientation we were forced to agree to buy their vacation suits/property without our interest. When we denied, they told us that's why they provide us free breakfast; but we told that we will pay the cost of 1 cup of coffee & 1 glass of orange juice, that's what we took. Finally they released us.... It's horrible experience we ever had.... I won't recommend anyone this property......

Very nice to stay at !Posted Apr 12, 2015
The room and overall location was great ! We loved having an eat in kitchen and large pool available to us. My only complaint would be the pushy rep from diamond resorts who is there when you check in and practically won't take no for an answer after declining to attend a 90 minute time share presentation.

Spacious accommodations, great amenities!Posted Apr 5, 2015
Pros: Price very reasonable, size of suite awesome, amenities & onsite activities were great, the deli/store was convenient. Outdoor movie by pool the best.
Cons: Provide housekeeping, even if you charge extra. Also, allow more devices for the price you charge for internet & improve connectivity.
Location: LOVED the location, didn't have to fight crazy traffic to/from parks etc. but still only a 10-15 minute drive to disney, universal, etc.
The 2 bdrm suite was spacious & beautifully decorated (newly renovated), especially for the price. It had everything, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, & a screened balcony that you could sit out on (had a table and chairs) & not have to worry about getting eaten by mosquitoes. Definitely a comfortable "home away from home" while vacationing in Orlando, and a great place to come back and relax at after walking all day at the parks. We did have an issue on the 3rd day of our stay, water was backing up in the kitchen sink, they could not figure it out and had to have a plumber company come. This took most of the day and was inconvenient, especially since we were trying to get ready to go with people in the suite (uncomfortable). Water flooded the kitchen & some drawers & while they cleaned it twice (I had to call to have them come back a 2nd time, 1st time was not cleaned, just mopped up the dirty water), they still hadn't replaced the utensils in the drawer that got flooded. But it got fixed. We also had to put up with someone smoking on their balcony below us, which ruined our time out there, only to find out when we checked out they have designated smoking areas & that no one s/b smoking on the balcony. They charge $4.99/day PER DEVICE for internet (or $19.99/wk PER DEVICE). So if you have a family of four, you're looking at least an extra $80, & the connectivity at the whole resort is iffy at best. Also. there is no housekeeping, but I would still recommend this place.

Close to disney, unniversal, & sea world.Posted Apr 5, 2015
Great two bedroom condo. King size bed, whirl pool tub, large shower. Second room two twin beds. Sofa bed could sleep two but it was really uncomfortable. Needs a new mattress. Stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry provided ( for two cycles). Glass Place settings for 6, pots/pans, three Tupperware, casserole dish. Patio is screened in. Two pools and hot tubs. Lots of daytime activities bingo, kids play area, free putt putt golf. Bring your own basketballs otherwise you have to check them out if available. Disney entrance less than one mile. Unniversal about 6 miles. You can take all back roads. Stay off I-4. Places right around the corner to eat: chilis, Joe's Crab Shack, macaroni grill, Perkins, Applebee's, uno pizzeria.

Nice hotel, staff very friendly at front desk.Posted Apr 4, 2015
Pros: The suite was clean, new, and comfortable. The swimming pool had good hours and the convenience store and deli was really convenient!
Cons: There needs to be more recycling bins--i.e. at the pool and lobby for bottles/cans, paper, etc.
Location: It was central enough to get us where we wanted to go--i.e. Disney World and Universal.
We stayed there 5 nights and were pleased with the hotel, the grounds, the swimming pool, and the staff. It was quiet.

I can't say enough good things about Grande Villas. This was the perfect place for my family to set up shop for 6 days. This will be my go to spot for all future Orlando family vacations.
